+Very nice host, who even gave us a very nice surprise gift at the end.
+parking spot, so we did not have to worry about parking on the street, which is not free
+room had A/C, nice bed, and big balcony with tower and sea view
+shared fridge for guests on the floor
Only small thing
- we had a separate bathroom, which we knew while booking, however the water pressure in the shower was quite low, so it took bit longer to wash yourself. But this was still managable ;)

Bernard went above and beyond by greeting us very late, he was also very informative. The room itself was kept impeccably clean and tidy a very good location also. I’d recommend here to anyone wishing to stay In Rovinj

Bernard and his mother Kata are amazing hosts. Very kind, helping and hospitable.
Room was very clean and cosy.
Location of the property is great, very close to the old town and the beaches.
We will definitely chose Rooms Kata next time we come in Rovinj.

Very friendly owner. Right after arriving, he gave us a map and showed us where we can find recommendable restaurants, shops, etc.
The room was always clean and tidy.
The place itself is, despite a public parking lot next to it, very calm and we had a nice view from our balcony to the sea. It's some minutes to walk to the center but easily reachable. We enjoyed it very much!
Maybe a second electricity plug for each side of the bed would be great to load cell phones over night (without deplugging the bed lights).
At least we couldn't find a second plug near the bed.

Everthing was perfect during our stay here. Location is excelent, walking distance to the old town (15min), to the beaches, supermarket is just 2 corners away. Free parking is provided also. Rooms and bathroom was clean, as well as whole house and garden. There is also a fridge which is shared with other guests, but for us it was just enough for few days. Owners are very nice, friendly, willing to help. I will sure come back here and recommend this place for friends how will visit Rovinj.

Beautiful place to stay. Really welcoming hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Had a great holiday
It was a little bit noisy in the mornings as the locks on the doors were quite loud especially on the main door. Can’t really do anything about it though

The room with the bathroom and balcony was nice and clean, the host was excellent. The little FRIDGE is OUTSIDE the room, but we had to share with just 1 other couple during our staying, so we didn't care. Rovinj inner city and old town with the harbors was close (12 min walking)
The closest BEACH is NOT within 700 meters as it was written! (in fact: 2-3 km!) We really liked the place and we went by car to the beaches, but you have to count on this!!!
