Having a huge apartment, where everyone was able to have their own space and privacy after the end of a long day of sightseeing, was wonderful. The air-conditioning was a blessing as well! Comfy beds, hot and powerful showers, all of the amenities we needed, and within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Also very close to the main train station. Check in process in communication with the owner was easy and fast. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This apartment was perfect for our landing spot in Rome. We have 9 people in our family ranging in age from 11 to 47. We had room to spare! Each room has a wonderful, modern bathroom and the beds are ample and comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted. And the neighborhood is only a short walk away from all the major sites of Rome - Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. We didn't take one taxi in 3 days! Guido is an amazing host. Communicates well and quickly on Whatsapp. Highly recommend!

Family trip nine people six adults, children 14, 13 and 10. Great location everything nearby. Guido was very helpful answered all questions, helped with transportation, suggestions restaurants even made reservation for us. Dinner at Matricianella in the wine cellar was wonderful. Found Bakery's Pizza couple blocks from apartment. It has multiple kinds of pizza small area to sit possible might handle ten people, can take out excellent pizza. Restaurant downstairs is Ok but convenient. Previously read in and older review that the dryer does not work, it still does not work. Have enough Euros when you arrive had to pay stay tax 3.50 Euros per person per night in Euros. Would definitely stay when in Rome again. Thank you Guido.

The apartment was excellent. Room enough for our family of nine. Close to all that Rome had to offer. Ideal location to do all touristy stuff, close to shopping and transportation. Apartment was clean and well appointed. The host responded quickly to all questions. Recommend highly.

We were a group of 10 and the space was really comfortable. Everyone had they our bedroom and bath. A plus is the restaurant downstairs.

Wonderful stay, perfect location, clean and comfortable

Guido was an AMAZING host and was so accommodating even when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellations. The apartment was very clean and they even aseked us if they could bring us some new linens halfway through our stay! The apartment has everything you may need from cups plates and cutlery, to shampoo and condiitioner and hair dryers. The apartment is conveniently located across the way from a taxi station where bunches of taxis line up waiting for rides. It is also a quick couple minute walk to several breakfast and lunch cafes which we took advantage of. There is even a gelato place directly next to the apartment which made it easy for late night runs! Between Guidos amazing hospitality, great apartment and even better location we will be sure to stay here again!

This trip was nearly 12 months in the planning with Guido involved every step of the way. He recommended wedding planners, restaurants for post wedding celebration and also restaurants for a milestone birthday celebration. 8 people ( our family) for 9 days!! Amazing!! This property ticks all of the boxes. There is nothing you could fault. Thank you is not enough Guido all of our well travelled children have never experienced such a great experience. Easy walking distance to many popular attractions. Ten minute walk from Termini train station. Five bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Guido was great about responding quickly to any inquiries. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

From the moment we booked to the moment we left, everything was perfect. Guido was a delight to deal with, the apartment is in an incredible location and is absolutely beautiful - well equipped, super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Stayed with 11 people with varying ages! Plenty of space. Each room has its own bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights. No complaints and would stay again!

5 bedrooms with an own bathroom for wach one - this was the perfect for us, a group of nine (4 couples, one single). The whole Appartement is beautifully designed, the kitchen very well equipped. Situated between Bars, Restaurants, some hot Spots for Sightseeing and the Termini Station, the flat was our Home Base to discover Rome. Thank you for some great days!

Everything was as advertised. Great location just a few blocks from the train and metro and plenty of rooms for a large group. There was coffee and tea,, and Guido even stocked the fridge and pantry with breakfast items. The only thing missing (at least we couldn't find) was a corkscrew (which we rectified :). Would recommend.

This part was the last 3 days of 15 day vacation with children and grandchildren. This place amazing! It accommodated 12 of us ages between 8-68! Plenty of space and added breakfast items came in handy for hungry children in the morning without having to go out. The place was secure and a small elevator came in handy in logging 12 suit cases up and down the stairs. The location was perfect with easy walk to main transportation center. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a nice place that is convenient to all the highlights of Rome.

I recommend this property to anyone who wants a very good and safe location for a family. We had 8 adults and 3 children. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage in the apartment before checkin time. The property was very clean and even has a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The owner stocked the fridge and pantry with some staples.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6 kids and 6 adults. It was clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location for sightseeing. And a perfect place to end the day on a HOT July day.

Guido our host was in constant communications with my wife and I prior to and on the day of our check in. Our family group included our sons and their wives, four grandchildren and ourselves. We needed to leave our luggage at the property early in order to arrive on time to a tour of the Vatican. Guido and his assistant were very accommodating and met us at street level and took our bags to our apartment and gave us a tour. The apartment is very modern and all 5 rooms have their own bathroom. The appliances are very modern and Guido had fully stocked the refrigerator with milk, organic juice, water, and butter. He also had coffee, tea, fresh fruit and pastries. The building is very secure and in a perfect location to access trains, and metro. Most key tour sites are within walking distance as he has posted on his VRBO listing. Should we ever return to Rome we would definitely stay there!

Guido was the perfect host. He met us when we arrived but was so very responsive weeks before. He answered each message quickly and thoroughly. His property came exactly as advertised. His property had all the things we were looking for: many bathrooms, washer & dryer, really good A/C and excellent Wi-Fi. On top of that the pantry and fridge were well stocked. He also was a wealth of information about the area and even helped us getting a driver for several trips. I highly recommend Guido as a SUPER HOST! The ages of the people in my group ranged from 27-89 and everyone was happy with our accommodations as well as our host Guido. He was simply wonderful and his property was perfect! I would go back cans actually hope too! Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Imagine having your own family apartment in ROME! That's what it feels like. We traveled to Italy with our 4 children, ages 22/17/16/16. First, Guido and his team are VERY responsive both before and during the stay. We arrived from the train. SUPER easy walk. We had a ton of luggage, and a kid nursing a broken foot with a knee scooter and arrived within 10 minutes. We were greeted at the door by someone who walked us up, checked us in and went on her way. The property is very clean and modern. The entire family LOVED having the common space but also each had their own room with en suite bathroom. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked a lot but also rented e-scooters and e-bikes just outside. There are so many restaurants to choose from all a very short walk. The one just under the flat is great! The church across the street is beautiful. Be sure to visit. Just across and to the right there is a great restaurant with amazing pasta (Casa St Maria - I think), to the right of that, a little Irish Pub if you want a change up from Italian bars. There is a washer and dryer. It takes a very long time to dry clothing so I wouldn't expect to do your entire family's laundry very quickly. But, it was nice to have to throw a few items in and also refresh our towels. Guido provides many amenities. There were some welcome snacks, milk, juice and coffee. And, there was detergent and softener. It is a full kitchen with everything you need for convenience. Toaster, Toaster Oven, Full fridge and freezer, plates, silverwear etc. Most impressive was his response time. One afternoon, we came back and the electricity was out. We sent a WhatsApp message that was answered in 35 seconds. Not kidding. He walked us through the process to turn back on and even offered to be there in 30 minutes (but we figured it out). I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family! Thank you for sharing your lovely home in Rome, Guido!
