Very well located in a residential district 5 mins walk from the centre of Marsaskala. The property is very modern, exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The area it is located in is quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other residents in the block. I would recommend the property to others and would use it again.

Excellent property, very clean and tidy. Very prompt with communications. Not had any issues at all. 10-15mins walk - shops and restaurants, 10mins walk will take you to the beach. My only discontent was - busy congested area. But we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks

The property is as shown in the photos. The neighbours are quiet and the street is residential. However, if like us being a group of 6 and having a six seater vehicle, parking was a major issue as it is everywhere in Malta. This wouldn't be a problem with a smaller car as the property has a garage. Couldn't fault the apartment apart from the fact that the tv did not include british channels.

Apartment was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Steve was very helpful on arrival. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Malta.

We feel very good in the flat of Steve. Spaces are really the same as described in the site. Big, quiet and very comfortable prestations. Furthermore Marsascala bay is near of the appartement. Steve and his wife are nice and adaptives. We recommand these vacation!

A beautiful air conditioned apartment in a quiet area but still 5 mins on foot from shops, beach and restaurants. Everything was in the aparrment.....super. Thank you.

Our party of 4 adults spent a happy two weeks here in early January 2019. We used this flat as a base from which we explored the islands. The pictures are accurate, but almost don't do this flat justice: it is expansive, spotless, well-appointed, comfortable. We enjoyed both balconies, one to watch the dawn, and one to watch the sunset. All the bedrooms are spacious, with convenient closets, and the beds are comfortable. The host was always available to answer any questions or resolve problems. Location-wise, solving the maze of narrow one-way streets in this area was a challenge at first. For supplies, there is only a small corner store just down the hill from the flat (sadly, a nearby bakery closed the day after we arrived). We mostly ate in, and it was very convenient that we had a car to get to one of the three supermarkets locally. There was always parking near the flat. No place in Malta is far away, although the center of Marsaskala is not within walking distance of this location IMHO. If you do rent a car, get the absolutely smallest one that suffices for your needs. Roads and streets in Malta and Gozo can be very very narrow and a challenge to drive on!

Lovely large apartment with modern fittings and furniture. There is an elevator and air conditioning! It is a five minute walk to a grocery store and 10 minutes to the beach. Several restaurants within 15 minutes and close to a bus stop. The cost of the bus to Valletta is 2 euros. We enjoyed watching the stars from the balcony.

Probably the best apartment we have stayed in. This apartment was beyond expectations being very modern, comfortable, clean and very roomy. Steve the owner organised a taxi for our transfer at our request which made things so much easier. We enjoyed walking down to the local bakery everyday for fresh bread,cakes etc and walking to the beach. The area felt safe but some of the streets were untidy with litter and dog mess. Marsaskala harbour was lovely and we enjoyed sitting there with very tasty ice cream from the local shop. Valletta was worth a visit on the bus and a boat ride across the harbour was a nice treat for the children.

Quiet, clean and very spacious apartment

We had a lovely family Christmas holiday in Malta. The apartment has everything you need and is large and spacious. Steve and his wife were both very accommodating, giving advise about the surrounding area. The apartment is in a quite residential area, 5 minuets from a nice small beach, and 10 minutes from the small town. Great location, I’d definitely go back but possibly in summer time when the weather is a little warmer!

This was such a great experience not knowing really what to expect when your travelling from Toronto. The host, the location and space were perfect. It was very clean, great Wi-Fi connection and most importantly we could do our laundry. Also close to the sea to swim and you could walk. It was so nice we were all ready to move in! I would highly recommend this space to anyone. We will stay with you again in the near future. Thank you so much for your attentiveness to our questions and needs.

This is a really lovely, clean and spacious apartment. The owner, Steve, arranged the transfer from the airport for us and met us when we arrived. He couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. The rooms are all really good sizes and the living space is very spacious. The balconies are great for sitting out, and drying washing. The air con was a real bonus as it was very warm when we visited. The town of Marsaskala was lovely and quiet but with enough variety of places to eat and drink within a short walk. The beach is minutes away and the sea is great to swim in. The apartment contains a helpful guide to your stay including bus timetables. We caught the bus into Valletta a couple of times and were really impressed with how they ran. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Malta.

This property is as depicted and described. It is really spacious and comfortable. It is in a residential area , 2 minutes to open roads out and convenient for attractions in the east & central area of Marsaskala. It is only a few minutes walk into Marsaskala, which has a huge choice of places to eat and drink. Walk the other way for good swimming in St Thomas Bay. Steve and his wife were very helpful.

Although weather not to good, enjoyed our stay in this penthouse, Steve the owner is very accommodating and looked after us.

We have just come back from a weeks stay here. The apartment is exactly as described and how it looks in the photographs. Steve and his wife met us on arrival and both where lovely and a great help. Steve arranged a mini bus to collect us at the airport and the man was waiting for us at the airport. The location of the apartment was great and close to bars restaurants bus stops andbeach. 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) stayed and there was more then enough room for us all. We have already booked to go back next year

Great property, great holiday with my family of 4! It's in a quiet residential area, yet close to all that we needed. A great supermarket very close by (2 mins walk). It is also very short walk to either the beach area (south) or to the harbour area and church (north). There's a great choice of places to eat covering all price ranges. Too many to recommend just one, but we all loved the relaxed atmosphere at Bongo Nya (great choice of interesting beers), and the Zion Reggae Bar. We had great pizzas at the restaurant at the top corner of Triq Ix Xatt (I think it was called 'Corner View' or similar) overlooking the harbour near the church... followed by an ice-cream from Mr Brain Freeze's Van! Very good bread from the bakery opposite the 'duck pond'. Lovely pastizzi and qassatat from the little shop opposite the 'Bus Terminal' Triq Sant Antnin. It's also very easy to get around by bus; there's bus stops very close that can take you all over Malta (often via Valetta or the Airport). We visited Valetta, the Ghar Dalam cave (lovely and cool on a scorching day!), and the temples at Hagar Qim and Mnajdra - both very impressive and well worth a visit if you're at all into pre-history, or even if you're not. The penthouse itself is great; nice minimal decoration to a high standard with plenty of wardrobe and storage space in 2 large bedrooms. The third is smaller but still plenty of room and storage space. Very clean and well-maintained thoughout. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is modern, effective and a must-have for hot nights. We spent evenings playing cards, chatting and drinking on the lovely main balcony... great times! As arranged, we were met by Steve's wife (and young son) who showed us around the apartment and made sure we knew where everything was, and also made it clear that we could contact them with any requests. Although we didn't need to get in touch it was nice to know that they were available if we needed them. Steve got in touch during the week just to check everything was OK, and arrange to meet the morning before we left back for the UK. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone. If I get the chance to visit Marsaskala again, I will want to stay here. I am struggling to find ANY negatives to this property; the only thing that might have been nice would be a couple of sun-loungers for the balcony (there's plenty of room). 5 well-deserved stars!

We stayed here for a 3 nights upon arrival it was stunning! By our second day we realised that the apartment was perhaps a little too posh for our particular needs. The stark white walls shows all marks and you assume they're all from you (even though they're not). There's glass everywhere.. My family were all a nervous wreck, we cooked once and decided not to cook again for the rest of the trip as we we're scared to break/damage anything! (My wife, youngest daughter and her fiancé are very clumsy) The level of practically wasn't fantastic as we were given orange rubber discs to use to take things out of the oven and they were too thin as my daughter burnt her hand/fingers quite badly. The glass on top of the kitchen table was overhanging on one side and stuck out quite a way, into an already small gap to get through near the sofa. The bedrooms were perfect, towels, sheets, pillows (although they did feel like they had gravel in them), chest of drawers, mirrors, lamps, AC etc. Also the colour coordination in the bedrooms was nice! The apartment building was lovely although needing a key for the lift can sometimes be an inconvenience if you have bags to carry or don't have the key to hand (although I understand it's just the way it is and can't be changed). Overall our stay here was lovely and comfortable in the bedrooms and bathrooms. But the kitchen and living area, we found, was impractical for people who aren't used to luxurious things and lots of glass, or for people who are particularly clumsy! We probably won't be returning as it's just a little too posh and precious for my family in particular but lovely spacious apartment with great views from the front and back balconys and modern furnishings! Would recommend to a less clumsy family! :)

Stayed for 5 nights, Steve and his wife very accommodating! Garage for the rental car was much appreciated, but the best bit is the apartment itself - modern facilities and so much space! Would definitely return.

This penthouse was spotless and very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and a large living/dining area. It is in a very nice quiet residential area of Masaskala about a 10 minute walk away from the main town centre where there are lots of nice restaurants. The owners were exceptionally friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay here and our trip to Malta!
