La posizione strategica

Il letto della stanza matrimoniale, piccolo e scomodo, con i piumini che non arrivavano a coprire i piedi. Inoltre, ho sentito un po’ freddo e non ci aspettavamo non ci fosse il bidet nel bagno. In ogni caso gli aspetti positivi hanno superato questi piccoli inconvenienti. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di antonio e il prezzo mi pare imbattibile per quello che offre.

1st floor, loud at night

Antonio was very informative and helpful. The location is very good, metro is right there and so is the city center. Apartment was very clean and tidy though I would say maybe more practical than atmospheric. There's everything you need also for longer stay. A plus for bedroom curtains which gave opportunity to make the bedroom very dark. We had a really good time there and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Sounds from the streets come inside almost as the windows would be open. This didn't really bother us, but might be something to consider for someone. We could have use a bigger frying pan.

The apartment is really nice and cozy, well furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, the Wi-Fi connection works great and the bed is super comfy! Short walking distance from the city centre, you can reach all the most famous tourist spots in 10-15 minutes walk. Lively neighbourhood. The app system instead of the keys is really cool and avoids the host to wait for late guests. On the other hand, Antonio is just a WhatsApp message away.

There's nothing that I didn't like, but just a couple of suggestions for improvement: in the summer, there could be a fan available, since the air conditioning is only in the living room. And 2 towels / person (1 big, 1 small) would have been great. But these are totally minor things :)

The apartment is central, close to all you could need from food to shopping to culture. We enjoyed the air conditioner during a heatwave when we were staying. It is very close to Sol and Plaza Major. Plenty of good coffee, lunch and dinner options. It is in walking distance of Prado, etc... While visiting the local metro was being upgraded and not working but know from previous visits, it makes travel to anywhere in Madrid very efficient. Antonio's instructions were clear.

Nothing much.

Spacious, (in particular the living area), extremely clean and no clutter. Excellent location and a pod coffee machine is provided with adequate pods.

Nothing, although I found the bed too soft, although my partner liked the bed.

it had everything you need, good wifi, cooking facilities are ok. close to a Metro station and very central. the host was very welcoming and helpful

Excellent location, the apartment is close to the major attractions of the city. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. Very functional kitchen and super comfy beds.

The only downside was not being able to use the shower all three of us before we left. After only one of us managed to wash, there was no more hot water. We didn’t know the boiler needed more time to reheat the water.
