The property is very clean and located in a extremely quiet Intercoastal culdesac neighborhood. Owner Dena is very personable and works very diligently to ensure you have a wonderful stay! The golf cart is a great bonus for quick sunset and beach trips……and late night runs to the IRB Creamery on Gulf Blvd (take side streets to get there) - it’s open most nights until 11 pm! We hope to return to Dena’s house if we don’t purchase a house in IRB! Thank you Dena!

We came together here from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Arizona and Florida and had a wonderful time. The heated pool was wonderful even when the temperature dropped a bit and the golf cart was great to get down to the beach. We also took advantage of the kyakas and paddle board. There is so much to do and also it is comfortable if you just want to do nothing. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and we didn't need anything other than what we were cooking/eating. Was wishing we had more time to stay longer.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. No need to venture far, all we needed was right at the house - golf cart, pool, fire pit, kayaks and paddle board. We saw dolphins everyday, fished and just relaxed. Dena was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

This house is big and beautiful! Plenty of room for a family. I liked that it had 2 master bedrooms and baths. Jacuzzi tub and comfortable beds. Right on the water, used the kayaks everyday. 4-5 bikes to ride and golf cart was super handy. Pool was warm. Dena was always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place! Nice neighborhood, fish market, shopping, and good restaurants within 10 minutes. Beech just a few blocks away. Thank you Dena, your were a pleasure!

Our group of 3 couples had a great stay. Everyone had their own space. The property is exactly has advertised and we loved the use of the golf cart to get to restaurants and the beach!

Girls trip was a success! Property is amazing...hosts were even better. Beautiful home. Great location. Just an all around perfect and peaceful getaway.

Myself and a few of my girlfriends stayed at this beautiful home. Decor was adorable and even cuter in person. Comfortably slept 10 adults. Awesome location close to the beach- the golf cart came in handy for quick beach trips to allow us better chances of securing parking and keeping sand out of our car. Pool was amazing. The dock even has a paddle board and kayaks to use. Owner communicated with me regularly. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Recommendations: bring extra paper towel and toilet paper- owner mentioned cleaning lady would leave extra but not sure if she did/ or just still wasn’t enough for the weekend. Kitchen had all the pots and pans but we weren’t able to locate any foil so I’d recommend bringing your own if you intend on needing. Lastly-one of the next door neighbors we encountered was not very friendly and demanded we turned down our music outside (which was not loud- you couldn’t even hear from inside the house) at 3pm during the day on a weekend. So be mindful if you have a loud group this may not be the place for you. Other set of neighbors were awesome and very friendly and we even stopped over for a visit with their pup. Overall I’d highly recommend- we had a wonderful time. 😊

The property was just as advertised. Pool was a perfect hangout spot and had plenty of seating. Dock was a great feature and felt very secure with the little ones. Water toys were used a bunch. A small island is within distance to observe wildlife. House was very clean on arrival. Golf cart was a must and just a short drive to the beach. Everyone had a blast and wished we stayed longer.

Our family had a great vacation in IRB! The house fit us well and was well appointed with all we needed. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock each day. We got a ton of use out of the golf cart, super helpful. Only downside was not being beachfront, but the beautiful bay views and the occasional dolphin that swam by made up for that!! Favorite part of our trip was a day on the yacht that we rented through the owners - highly recommend!! The owners were responsive and super helpful!

Dena was amazing at communicating with me before and during the trip. The house was very clean and beautiful. Awesome pool with amazing views out the back. We enjoyed the golf cart and the kayaks immensely as well.

We loved the pool and lounge chairs, and the fire pit was perfect for relaxing at night. All the amenities made our stay seamless. We were easily able to get anywhere we needed - dining, beach, exploring with the golf cart. Plenty of bikes for a nice morning ride. The owners were more than accommodating and so helpful if we needed anything. And when our flight home was cancelled, they immediately jumped in to help arrange an additional nights stay. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Booked Ocean Dreaming for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was just the right size for 6 ladies to fit comfortably. The location is at the end of a quiet street in IRB and the golf cart was a really nice amenity for getting to the beach or the mini mart (otherwise you definitely need a car). We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics and the grill is nice. House is very clean! Dena is among the best hosts and is super accessible if you need anything. The pre-stay communication is terrific. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Dreaming! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures – the décor is lovely and the house is clean, comfortable and well appointed! Open kitchen, spacious family room, wonderful spa-like bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. The pool was amazing – we had lots of fun lounging, playing, and enjoying the beautiful waterfront views. The golf cart was a huge hit and made trips to the beach so easy. Our teenage kids loved cruising around, and Dena had plenty of towels, toys and beach gear for our use. Kayaking around the cove was also an enjoyable daily event. One of our highlights was a half-day boat trip with Captain Tom, so definitely ask for him when booking Ocean Dreaming. We hope to be back soon. Thanks, Dena, for being such a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay. The homeowner has all kinds of things for the tenets to use. The golf cart was very handy for those runs to the beach and nighttime ice cream. There were bikes and many pool and beach items. We would recommend this home for a nice vacation. The beds were very comfortable.
