אהבנו את המסעדה על החוף ואת החוף עצמו

מיקום גרוע, חום אימים וצריך ללכת די הרבה בשביל להגיע ללב של הצ׳אוונג, המלון מחולק לשני חלקים ויש המון הליכה כל הזמן כמובן ששמו אותנו בחלק הכי רחוק היה סיוט.. אי אפשר להחליף חדר, היו לנו חרקים ענקיים מחוץ לחדר וביקשנו מאיש צוות שירסס והוא כמובן לא עשה עם זה כלום, אין מעלית לקומה השנייה צריך לעלות במדרגות כל הזמן ומדובר על 35 מעלות חום…המון המון ישראלים… מבאס

Everything was awesome. And that's because of the employees there. They are all terrific. Excellent service oriented professionals. Particularly, the lady who Checked me in and also Mr. Guard, room service person. Terrific. Thank You all.

😊: desayuno variado y de buena calidad, personal muy atento, ubicación del hotel en una playa bonita.

Mi pareja y yo nos alojamos 3 noches en una suite con piscina y con balcón frente al océano. No sé si es que teníamos las expectativas muy altas, pero los dos coincidimos… Este hotel 5 estrellas nos ha decepcionado, relación calidad/precio desfavorable. Con la amplia oferta de hoteles en Tailandia no creo que repitamos ni tampoco lo recomendamos. ☹️: - Reservamos una habitación con vistas al océano y nos dieron una habitación lateral con vistas a un tejado y a los árboles. El mar te lo tenías que imaginar. - Mantenimiento del hotel deficiente: humedades y grietas en toda la habitación, masilla sin pintar. Inaceptable para un hotel de “esta categoría”. - Para compensar los inconvenientes ocasionados por la decepción de las vistas de la habitación nos “invitaron a cenar”. Al final acabamos pagando 70€ por una botella de agua y un vino tinto tempranillo (El niño, DO Rioja). A pesar de nuestra decepción con el estado de la habitación y el hotel en general. Queremos agradecer a todo el personal su amabilidad y atención en todo momento.

Very nice, architecture is simple but beautiful, friendly staff

The beach is not the best in Samui, however perhaps it was not the right season.

It’s centrally located. The staff at the tent restaurant, at the bar, at the beach front & the front desk were excellent. Mr Koi who rxd & dropped us back to the airport manifested a good image of the hotel. The housekeeping team was one of the best that I’ve come across so far; their way of tidying up the room was par excellence & they set very high standards for all to emulate.

The view is stunning. The still ocean water makes it a great place for sea sports. Friendly staff.

The Oceanfront Balcony room did not have an Oceanfront view. It had the view of a roof of another building. Upon protesting we were moved to the Opposite side of the resort which is a garden view to a bigger room. Only the next day at 3 pm were they able to arrange the Oceanfront Balcony room.

Great location, very nice breakfast and nice areas to relax on the beach. The private pool we had on the third floor was very private and clean and refreshing.

The bed was very firm. The food in the dining room was not as awesome as the last time we ate there about four years ago. We felt the outdoor area attached to our room lacked a table and chairs for sitting at and having a drink or a snack while admiring the view.
