Appartement de 95 mètres carrés, situé sur la même avenue des carrières, au pied de la plage. Tout nouveau (lits, canapé, télévision avec smart tv et netflix, console de jeux vidéo, wifi dans tout l'appartement, appareils électriques ...). Il a une magnifique terrasse où vous pourrez profiter de couchers de soleil magiques. Il est situé à Guanarteme, le quartier le plus authentique et paisible de la plage. La diversité de la restauration, des sports et des parcs pour enfants et la grande demande des écoles de surf font de la région un endroit incroyable pour faire une promenade. A 5 minutes se trouve l'auditorium Alfredo Krauss et le centre commercial Las Arenas (le plus important centre commercial des Canaries). 10 minutes se trouve la cour anglaise et la zone commerciale de Mesa y López. Juste en dessous de l'appartement, il y a un gymnase de la chaîne Go Fit, où pour 9 euros par jour, vous pouvez avoir une salle de fitness, piscine, saunas et spa. A quelques mètres vous pouvez trouver des supermarchés, pharmacie, centre de santé, station d'essence. Nous n'avons pas de parking, mais à environ 150 mètres, sur Calle Churruca il y a un parking privé où vous pouvez entrer et repartir avec votre voiture pour 11 €. La réception peut être faite à tout moment, puisque nous vivons dans le même bâtiment, deux étages plus bas. Je suis convaincu que vous passerez des jours merveilleux et que vous n'aurez pas d'autre choix que de tomber amoureux de l'île, ... il est pratiquement impossible de ne pas le faire;)

Location, location, location. Apartment was clean, spacious, and close to everything. Beautiful mornings on your balcony sipping your beverage of choice while seeing and listing to the ocean rush up to the shore. At night, sleeping to the sounds of the ocean with open windows was superb. Also very quiet location which was a nice suprise given how close to the best beaches you are.
Apartment was as advertised and included everything we need for our family stay. Jose was a exceptional host, and the food, coffees, and drinks at his restaurant just below is top notch, and all while sitting ocean side. Easy one step access to all the restaurants, beaches, ocean walk and everything else las palmas has to offer. A best in class location and holiday experience.

Urlaub mit Kindern in Strandnähe
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der Lage mit Meerblick ausgesucht. Wir kannten uns bereits aus vorherigen Aufenthalten aus.
Lage direkt an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Spielplätzen, mit direktem Zugang zum traumhaften Sandstrand der 'Playa De Las Canteras'. Touristisch nicht überlaufen, viele Einheimische.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber etwas lieblos und bedarf teilweise einer Renovierung. Plus: breites TV-Angebot und gutes WLAN.
Buchung und nachträgliche Änderung des Zeitraumes problemlos und sehr freundlich in gutem Englisch. Befremdlich waren die erst bei Ankunft angegebener Schlüsselübergabe in der Gaststätte direkt unterhalb der Wohnungen und plötzlich Antworten auf Spanisch, da der Vermieter selbst in Urlaub geflogen ist. Dank google-translator war auch dies zu bewältigen.
Die Internet-Präsentation der Wohnung war sehr wohlwollend aus guter Perspektive.

The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower wonderfully powerful although a long shower at full power would not leave much hot water if someone else needed to shower straight after you. With just two of us, we soon worked out the appropriate level to ensure we could both have a hot shower in quick succession.
We had a problem with the kettle and the owner Jose replaced it within 30 minutes of us reporting the problem. You could not ask for better service.
The location is brilliant, right on the front, with a choice of supermarkets all within easy walking distance and one very close by for getting heavy items like bottles of water (and wine). There is a wide selection of excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Jose is also one of owners of the restaurant Mar Gastrotasca underneath the apartment. It is well worth a visit. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. We ate there a number of times and enjoyed every visit.

Tolle Lage, Einrichtung okay
Der Vermieter ist zwecks Einrichtung des Appartements einmal durch den IKEA-Markt gepflügt. Es war zwar fast alles da, aber ...Entschuldigung... einiges etwas lieblos.
Im Bad fehlen ein paar simple Haken, mit der Nachttischlampe lässt sich eine Sporthalle ausleuchten. Und ein Wasserkocher und ein Brotmesser wären auch schön. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst.
Toll ist der Blick vom Balkon und die Lage im südlichen Teil des Strandes. Hier trifft man vornehmlich Einheimische und fühlt sich nicht wie im 17. Bundesland. Luxus ist der Netflix-Anschluss, WLAN hat bestens funktioniert.
Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, die Restauranttipps, die im Appartement auslagen, waren sehr nützlich. Frisches Obst und Wasser fanden wir zur Begrüßung vor.
Alles in allem ist das Appartement sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Primera límea de playa.
Muy bien situado, con vistas estupendas a la playa de Las Canteras. Limpio. El propietario estuvo pendiente de nosotros en pequeños detalles que precisamos y para recomendarnos sitios de interés.
