The room was clean, comfortable and breakfast very good. Very good location. We had good support for all informations. Shuttle was perfect
For a 4 stars hotel, we had to ask for simple things like items for 2nd person in the room. There was one guy from reception clearly not informed on what was free and not. The picture on the web site did not reflect the reality on the room.

Lots if Mosquitoes free of cost
Very poor service, they don't speck English, it's full of Mosquitoes, I have order water and it's took 1;30 Hours to bring water to my room. After request they don't put Mosquitoes spry in the hotel room.

Poor Services, full of Mosquitoes and free malaria, the staff don't speck English. The manager even not turn back when we raised complaints and disappeared. To bring water bottle they took 1:30 hours.

They took 1:30 hours to bring water bottles, the receptionist staff don't speck English. There is lots of Mosquitoes and even after instructions to out Mosquitoes spary they didn't put the spray. After several requests the spray when I was in room, which gives respiratory problem. Most worst hotel in Brazzaville.
