I didn’t get the rooms i booked. I booked double queen rooms but the hotel informed me that booking.com did not book the double rooms so the hotel ended up giving me king rooms instead whereas I paid more for the bigger rooms

That the weekend Breakfast was only til 9:30 on a sunday. As many people like to take advantage of sleeping a bit later.

Great hotel for what we needed, which was a stop off during a sports tournament. Pool was heated and hot tub was fine. No luxury, but none was expected! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Good bathroom and desk. Staff were lovely, gym was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good, as included in the price.

Hot tub wasn't super clean and needed more bins in the pool area, but otherwise nothing

The beds were uncomfortable and I needed to request a different room because of noise.

Bed was comfortable.. Breakfast was just ok

Housekeeping opened my door at 9am without knocking. I was asleep in bed and she literally asked if the room was occupied. Kids knocking at door and running away.

The rooms were clean

We had to pay $500 to sleep in the freezing cold for 2 nights!! Our hotel rooms heat did not work at all! Maintenance came in the following evening and said the capacitor was broken and there was nothing he could do

Great spacious room that was really quiet. The breakfast provided was really good! Delicious scrambled eggs! The staff was super friendly.
