It was close to the lifts and the roof didn't leak - but seriously that's it. This place is awful. Do not stay.

Oh gosh. Where to begin? Probably the Heating, which did not work throughout the stay. We informed the host and nothing was done about it. The Balcony door would not close properly meaning there was also a cold breeze. In fact my husband got sick because of this. None of the kitchen cabinets or draws have any handles, you have to open the fridge in order to open the pan draw! There are no mugs which means you have to drink hot drinks out of a bowl (meaning they get cold quickly. You can't hold glasses with hot drinks in). The one and only table / reading light in the whole place did not have a working bulb. Again when I explained this to the host they told me to go out and buy one! There is no Wifi despite this being listed as one of the top facilities!!! In the small print of the Booking.com listing is says there are no sheets or towels, however this is really not made clear and should be highlighted in the Booking Confirmation and Guest Information Sheet, which was emailed ahead of the stay. This is a fundamental item for stay. Who travels with sheets and towels given Flight case restrictions and the fact that this is 2020 and not the 1960's?? There was also no kettle, which is a pretty standard item to have. The bunk beds are uncomfortable and child sized. The decor is very tired and run down yet they wanted a €300 Euro deposit!!! I am not sure if the entire contents of the flat would fetch €100 and that would just be to take it all to the skip. This place is an utter rip off, as very expensive considering the (lack of) facilities and space. It is hosted by people who just don't care about your stay, despite claiming to do so. Nothing was done about any of our complaints which meant three nights of extreme cold complete with icy breeze, plus one day of skiing lost to sickness and so a wasted Ski pass. This place is an utter dive. I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. If I had one. Be warned.
