Maison de la famille est un grand appartement, spacieux de 200 mètres carrés, récemment rénové, à quelques pas de la Via Roma, à seulement 150 mètres du front de mer de Cefalù.
Au premier étage, avec ascenseur, maison familiale se compose d'un grand salon avec une télévision à écran plat, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, une petite buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Ensuite, il y a quatre chambres doubles, une avec baignoire et douche, une chambre avec un carré et demi, et deux salles de bains séparées avec une baignoire et une avec douche.

Close to beach and close to the old city where you find all the restaurants. Some minor problems in the flat which was fixed immediatly when we contacted the agent. Good communication with the agent before we arrived. Highly recommended flat

The location was great close to the beach and the historic area. Walking distance to the grocery as well as locally owned stalls. Sergio and his team were a delight. There were a couple of things re the property that needed tending to which I called to the attention of Giovanni. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Will be recommending this property .

Location, Location, Location!
The location was great close to the beach and the historic area. Walking distance to the grocery as well as locally owned stalls. Sergio and his team were a delight. There were a couple of things re the property that needed tending to which I called to the attention of Giovanni. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Will be recommending this property .

My family loved staying here. Terraces with a view of the sea, 5 great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large front room, a terrific kitchen. An easy 1-block walk to the beach, easy walk to the "old" town (filled with excellent restaurants). The property managers were easy to reach & helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

My family loved staying here. Terraces with a view of the sea, 5 great bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large front room, a terrific kitchen. An easy 1-block walk to the beach, easy walk to the "old" town (filled with excellent restaurants). The property managers were easy to reach & helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The property is light and spacious, with all mod cons and everything you will need for your holiday. A well equipped kitchen should you wish to cook, but with many lovely restaurants nearby, there really is no need. Air conditioning (in lounge and all bedrooms) was modern and very efficient. We were a group of 5 friends (one couple and three singles), each could therefore have their own large double bedroom, with a spacious lounge/diner for socialising after a day at the beach. A much better option for us than separate hotel rooms.
