I like how neat and clean the place is. The place is well maintained and it is in the heart of the city.

The swimminpool was pretty good

The aircon wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t working. I asked the manager to fix it and nobody was sent, not sure if they fixed it after we left.

The place was in the middle of cebu itself so it was accessible to malls and everywhere else. The location has a laundry place that offers rush clean, dry and fold.

i had to ask to get the shower hose fixed plus extra coat hangers & garbage liners. i have complained about the dirty state of the swimming pool before, but no action. they only seem to run the water filters on Tuesdays when they vacuum it once a week- totally inadequate for the big number of users. I got a leg infection, probably from the obviously dirty, not clear water. In the hot climate there a clean pool is essential for me ( and others).

The bed is a little small for me.

most things fine & magic view over Cebu ocean. Twenty five metre pool nice.

microwave door needs fixing & also handles on robe missing/ broken.
