The property is located in a quiet place. The location is good, there is a supermarket nearby. Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days. Everything is new and clean. Harris - host of the property - is an incredible person. He provides a lot of very useful information and helps with any local problems.

The main problem is that it takes 25 minutes to walk to the beach. And the whole way runs along the burning sun. Be careful, apartments are cleaned only once - before check-in.

Manos was a great host, he was helpful and very flexible. The apartment was well-equipped, it had everything we needed during our stay. It met our expectations, it's just as any holiday apartment in Greece. Great value for very good price!

I would say that the location is not the best, although it's not far from the center of Malia or the beach - you just have to walk around 15 mins. And at least it's really quiet.

Its extra place to stay, the beach is on 5 minutes of walk, the old town and the street with night life iz on 7minutes. I d like to come again. Free wifi

Everything was great. Really good clean accommodation with personal kitchen. There we have everything for cooking. Good for long staying. It is in middle with beach and Malia old town, so you can quickly reach food and sea. 🌊

Internet was not in all rooms of apartment. And we need to sit balcony or to be in main room to use it.

Location is very quiet, walking distance from center, lots of private parking. The price was excellent for a spacious 1 bedroom flat.

The kitchen should be implemented at least with a microwave, a small pot, a rug, some bigger mugs. Cooking only with 1 big pot and 1 pan is too limiting. There should be wifi but modem has not been working for 5 days and TV only offer a few local channels. The inside of WC was still dirty when we arrived, rest of the cleaning was good.
