We had an awesome time staying here for NYE 2023. Very clean, cool house layout, tons of room! Bedrooms were all large, each with its own full bath. Large living room,large kitchen. Well stocked with all your needed accessories. DW & Washing machine are so quiet, you forget theyre on. Large deck overlooking firepit with lake views. Weather was nice so we got to use both. Hosts were super nice and accomadating and very easy to reach for the one minor issue on the router that they fixed remotely and quickly. Would defintely stay here again and recommend the property easily. Really enjoyed our stay!

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It’s larger than it appears in the pictures. The setting in the woods is perfect. Great outdoor space. Enjoyed the fire pit and the deck. Had deer walking in the woods right off the balcony. Beds were all comfortable. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our week in Bolton Landing. We had several rainy mornings where we relaxed in the house but then got to boat in the afternoon, it was so good to be close to our boat dock for this. We would love to return next year!

Our family had a great week at Michele and Michael's beautiful home in Bolton Landing. We were six people, and we had plenty of room. It was our first time near Lake George, and we enjoyed getting to know the area. Michele was a great communicator, and we had everything we needed to enjoy her home. Many thanks!

This place is amazing.. well placed and directly down the hill from Bolton Landing center... it is well outlined, beautiful and very comfy.. we loved our nightly billiards... an absolute annual place to stay.. The hosts-owners were wonderfully accommodating and very little one would need to bring along as the house offers it all and more.. Thank you for our amazing stay..

Had a really good experience with the protest owners as well. Michelle was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Made us feel at home for the long weekend. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Bolton Landing

This house was the best! Had everything that you could want. Fire Pit was a big hit. Smore's every night. The area had alot of things to do. We were very busy. Lake George beach and kayaks, Up Yonder Farm, Lake George Happy Hour Cruise, Six Flags water park, Saratoga racetrack, Saratoga Spa Park, Saratoga historic battlefields. Bolton Landing is such a chill town.

Beautiful home in excellent location that provided privacy while being close to town and lake. Layout was great for our group which included teens so we all had plenty of space and privacy.
Owner was very easy to deal with and house was well stocked to make stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend.

Great vacation
Our family rented this wonderful house for a week in July. It was very spacious, immaculate and very close to town. It is only 1/2 mile to Bolton Landing with 2 beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to renting this house again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent Christmas there and had a great time. The location was close to skiing, a day trip to Lake Placid and visiting with friends in Albany. I was able to get in some great runs. We visited the outlets, winery and brewery. The hosts were easy to reach and we had all that we needed. We really enjoyed the fire.

This property is wonderful . The house is roomy and offers lots of privacy . Each bedroom has its own bath, which is rare in this area. It is located in a private neighborhood yet close to town and any activity you want. The wedding venue was close by and very convenient. The owners are friendly and are readily available, if needed.

We loved our stay in this Bolton Landing retreat. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. The house was full as my parents, and 30-year old niece joined our family of four. We were able to cover a ton of ground because of how central the house was. Our Adirondack/Lake George adventure was complete with horse back riding, kayaking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting and a dinner cruise on the Lake George Steamboat. I only wish it had been warmer so that we could have enjoyed the beach and a bon fire.

The owners are hands down some of the nicest people we ever spoke to. House was clean, I mean spotless. Had everything we could possibly need. Very updated, including a vacuum like I've never seen before. Top of the line appliances, including BBQ, washer/dryer & all the kitchen utensils! Games kept the kids occupied when the adults wanted to relax by the fire pit. Not only would I recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Lake George area but my family & I will be returning next summer!!

This is our second time at this beautiful property. The location is ideal: 2 mins drive to the lake, 2 mins drive to the supermarket, 5 min drive to Chicks marina where we rented a boat, 2 min drive or 10 min walk to shops and restaurants.
The house is clean, very modern, and very well designed. We grilled every night, had a bonfire, played pool and foosball. The internet connection was strong. Nice TV in every room.
We are hoping to come back next year again.

From the moment we got there we knew we made the right choice for our rental. The location was private and secluded . The check in process was easy. The house was spotless. The interior of the house was like the pictures depicted. Easy access to local shops, eateries, supermarket and the lake. We made lasting memories and can’t wait for our return!

Amazing vacation!
From the start Michelle and Michael were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect! The house was beautiful and extremely clean! Our favorite part of the home was the open and bright living room where we were able to all sit on the L shape couch and play games! The Sonos sound system around the house was also an extra bonus! Overall this was a perfect home in a great location. We had an amazing time! 10/10 would recommend!

What a great location and home! The house had plenty of room and was an excellent choice for 3 couples. Excellent relaxation home. My only recommendation would be to provide sheets it’s hard to travel with a carry on and make room for sheets. Would stay at this home again the owners were very friendly and communication was great!
