Another beautiful and relaxing stay in Malibu. Olivia is the best!

Great location, views forever, close to Zuma Beach. House was clear, well stock, easy access. Our second stay, it will not be our last.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Larger, better equipped, nicer views, and views from every room. It’s just of PCH so maybe but nosier than I expected but I enjoyed being so close to the ocean. It was a total “wow” for me.

It was my husband and I. We stayed for six days and will definitely return. Property was exactly as described and beautiful. The welcome basket and robes were a plus and well received.The beach is directly across the street and we would walk in the morning and evening on the beach. Great grocery store down the road and easy to get around on the highways.

Just as listed. We were there in Malibu for a wedding. Very relaxing and quiet away from downtown Malibu.

We alternated days between the beach and outings to family attractions. The home location was great with the beach minutes away and even Disney was an easy 75 minute drive. Olivia and Tom were very friendly and their home is beautiful with a nice swimming pool and gardens all around. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the LA area.

Nice place, lot of items to do around

This was my fourth time booking this beautiful spot and I will definitely be back. No complaints, it’s like a dream!

My husband and I stayed at this property in early May. Check in process was very easy with no issues. The property was the perfect size for my husband and I, as it was not too small or too big. The grounds of this property are beautiful with many flowers and greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning and the location of the property was perfect for us. When we arrived at the property the owner had provided us with a welcome basket filled with a bottle of wine, some beer and water, already chilled, which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our time at this lovely property and would definitely return.

Beautiful affordable stay with an ocean view. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Host had great hiking recommendations which we explored during our stay.

This was the best guest house we have ever stayed in when visiting Pepperdine. . Inside is very comfortable. And the property is amazing. Her garden is lovely in the Spring. We loved the hot tub! We hope to go back some day.

I was so fortunate to find this gem in Malibu for a 2-night getaway trip with my two sisters. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Gorgeous views overlooking the Pacific, beautiful gardens and even a welcome basket with wine, beer, and waters... plus toiletries in the bathroom. Olivia goes above and beyond to make this special place welcoming for her guests. We can't wait to go back and hope to get warmer weather next time! There isn't much I can say that other reviewers haven't, wonderful relaxing stay. Everything was easy.

My 17 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this beautiful guest apartment. It was so clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed and the view was gorgeous. The gardens were lovely and i enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. We used the spa which heated up nicely but the pool was too cold for us. We explored several area beaches and ate at Malibu Farms which was delicious. Thanks to the owner/manager for providing an affordable beautiful safe place to stay.

My experience was perfect, great communication, very comfortable stay, and Malibu is more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Very comfortable and nice place. The hot tub temp was not set and we had to turn it up before each use and wait for it to heat up. Everything else was great.

This place was lovely. I just wished it wasn't raining so much of the time. Beautiful ciews and a beautiful property. The extra touches like bottle of wine and waters were awesome!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in the Bu. My first vrbo stay...can't recommend it enough. Cheaper than a hotel and you get so much more.

My wife and I loved the place so much we did not want to leave. The hot tub was a dream, the gardens were beautiful. We had the best nights sleep and delicious breakfasts with fresh picked grapefruit on the porch watching dolphins swimming in the ocean and surfers catching waves. Best of all is being able to see the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The property was also amazingly well equipped with Spanish olive oil, wine, beer, and coffee.

This was the perfect place for the two us to work in warmth and sunshine. Everything you need for the week is tucked into this thoughtful rental. It was too cold for the pool but we loved the hot tub and fireplace. Olivia left a thoughtful basket of goodies and the kitchen is really well stocked. Sunrise and sunset were awe-inspiring along with the sounds of the waves. We will be back!!

It's a very comfortable place to stay with an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean, the mountains just behind, and very nice grounds.

It has everything you could need, and is a short drive to the beach. Great stay in a comfortable and quiet and safe space. Note: as it is on the Pacific Coast Hwy, there is road noise. You are however also close enough to the ocean to hear it!!! Highly recommend this great place!

Had a great experience during our brief two night stay. Location is fantastic. We were there during the heavy rains so we didn’t get to enjoy the views or the spa. Would stay here again.

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at any property. Excellent accommodations, superb host, and perfect location and view. You cannot go wrong. Keep in mind, however, that if you're not familiar with the Malibu area it might seem pretty far from the touristy stuff. It's also not ideal for walkability or transit. But if you're renting a car and you don't mind one of the most iconic drives and views on the planet, this is the place for you. As long as this wonderful place is available, and as long as they'll have us, we will be back. Thanks so much again.

What can I say the view is amazing, can’t be beat. The hosts were helpful and stay was perfect. I would definitely come back for a visit.

We loved the property. It was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views, right across from the ocean. Very clean and very well furnished. Has lots of amenities. The online description and pictures are really accurate. Had enough of everything. It was the base of our perfect vacation. We would defiantly return and recommend friends!
