Nous avons un gestionnaire immobilier local qui vous accueillera et vous orientera vers le chalet après votre arrivée. Elle sera également disponible pour répondre aux questions et s'occuper de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant vos vacances!
Le chalet est une maison de plain-pied de 4 BR et 2 BA avec une piscine couverte. Le style de plage est le thème! Très confortable, décontracté et chalet chic!

La cuisine est mise à jour et a des étagères coulissantes, et est équipée pour cuisiner n'importe quel repas que vous pourriez souhaiter! Un batteur sur socle Kitchen Aid, une rôtissoire pour une dinde, un presse-ail, des couverts fins et un service pour 12 sont quelques points forts. Des verres à martini, à vin et à champagne sont également quelques extras. Verrerie de piscine, couverts inclus.
Les 2 bains sont également mis à jour tout en conservant le charme du milieu du siècle qui rend la vie de chalet si amusante!
Il n'y a pas de canapé-lit dans ce chalet. La propriété peut accueillir 8 en 1 roi, 2 reines et 2 lits jumeaux dans quatre chambres avec des rideaux en lin occultants. La maison est calme et nichée dans une rue fabuleuse avec tous les beaux chênes et palmiers que vous attendez!
Une piscine extérieure privée (non chauffée) offre la détente et les repas en plein air, un barbecue à gaz extérieur, des transats Sunbrella et des chaises longues.
Il y a un garage pour 1 voiture avec ouvre-porte automatique.

The whole family had a great vacation here and would most definitely come back. The property had everything we needed, was located in a great spot and the pool was a bonus. Jennifer made the entire checkin process flawless. Would absolutely recommend this place if your a family looking for a great getaway.

Peaceful
This is a nice quiet and private location near beaches and shops. It was great to have 4 bedrooms for our multi-generation family group. Amenities as described, clean and private screened pool. Interior tastefully decorated in restful beach theme. Some carpets are stained and curled edges could be a tripping hazard. Slow drain in the master bath basin.

Cute cottage! So close to the beach!
We had a wonderful time staying at Hibiscus Cottage. It was comfy, inviting and so close to the beach. It had everything we could ever need and then some. Jen was great at communicating with me about everything. My whole family has plans to stay there in the future. Loved it there!

This house and neighborhood was outstanding. The rooms were perfect for the family to stay and all have their own area. Everything you need to be on vacation but also feel like you are at home. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and close enough to the baseball complex you don't waste your day driving back and forth. The owners/ and property managers were super easy to deal with and had all the info you needed for your trip available in the house. The beds were super comfortable and the style of the house felt like you were living there and not just staying.
My only thing I would have liked to seen was the pool to be a little cleaner. (The water was fine just age to the sides which made it look a bit murky) However, that does not stop teenagers from using it. Specially when we had the 92 degree April day. If we return to play here again, please count me in for this location. Thanks for the great break/holiday.

Baseball Trip to Jackie Robinson Complex
This house and neighborhood was outstanding. The rooms were perfect for the family to stay and all have their own area. Everything you need to be on vacation but also feel like you are at home. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants and close enough to the baseball complex you don't waste your day driving back and forth. The owners/ and property managers were super easy to deal with and had all the info you needed for your trip available in the house. The beds were super comfortable and the style of the house felt like you were living there and not just staying.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hibiscus Cottage
The Hibiscus Cottage was an excellent vacation home for the month of March. It’s location is excellent. The nearby streets are excellent for walking/strolling. And it was a comfortable walk to the Saturday Farmers Market, casual restaurants, the beach and shopping. The layout of the house was excellent. We had numerous visitors for dinners at the great dining room table. The swimming pool cage kept the oak tree dry leaves out of the pool. The patio furniture was comfortable to sit for that 5:00 glass of wine. It was a great month.

Location, Location, Location
We had a wonderful stay at Hibiscus Cottage even through some record low Florida temperatures at the beginning. The house was perfect for our needs - just two of us for most of the time with a long weekend with our two sons and their girlfriends in the middle of our stay. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We rented some bikes and barely used the car during our visit. The neighborhood is ten stars! We hope to be back for another visit.

We stayed for a month and found the home clean, spacious, and well decorated. The pool and outdoor space is great, and the location can’t be beat. Jen was available whenever questions came up. Highly recommend!

Cute beach house!
This house is super cute and cozy. It’s a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) which we enjoyed doing often. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and the house is tastefully decorated. The owner is very helpful with any issues we had and reply very promptly! Would highly recommend staying here!

The perfect spot for a summer vacation
We loved our stay at Hibiscus Cottage. This was the perfect place to spend the summer with our family. Jennifer’s cottage was comfortable, beautifully styled and had the most well equipped kitchen of any property we have rented. The house was in a great location in a quiet street, but just a short walk to shops and the beach. Jennifer was a responsive and gracious host.

Hibiscus Cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy sun, sand and fun. This cottage is located within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. The weather was perfect in January and February. We walked every day and relaxed on the lanai. Great place to stay.
