La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un espace spacieux et aéré, où un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine moderne sont bien équipés.
Un petit couloir rejoint les chambres. Sur le côté gauche se trouve un vestiaire moderne et une chambre double juste en face, avec une douche jacuzzi.
Ensuite, sur la droite, une grande chambre avec une salle de bains familiale adjacente, une autre chambre simple pour les adolescents qui cherchent leur propre intimité et à côté de la quatrième chambre, qui est une twin, partageant la salle de bains familiale.
À l'extrémité est la dernière mais non la moindre chambre des maîtres, avec une salle de douche bien conçue en-suite.
La villa est entièrement climatisée (une petite taxe d'utilisation doit être payée localement par unité et par jour), fournit toutes les installations pour un grand groupe et a été signalé exceptionnel pour son intimité, son emplacement, ses installations en plein air, sa paix et son isolement , non loin du centre du village de Goudi.

We stumbled across this Villa when our first booking got cancelled we were really unsure what to expect. We arrived in the dark and knew that this villa was going to be lovely.The villa itself is massive and the room setup allows lots of different options depending on the size of your group. The real asset of this Villa is the outside space and remoteness.The outside area including the pool and the barbecue area are beautiful. We spent most of our time at the pool area enjoying the sunshine and the pool itself. The villa is in a very remote location which suited us perfectly that may not suit everybody.A car is vital as you do have to drive to get to most places. However, the drive into polis is over the five minutes and the drive to latchi is around 10 minutes.I would really recommend using Google maps to help find the villa as it is very difficult to locate the first time.The villa itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and I would definitely book to stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. Our granddaughter loved the lizards around the ground. Even though the villa was cleaned after our first week I would have preferred supplies for us to clean ourselves if needed. ie: small vacuum, dustpan & brush?
The only down side was that it was very difficult to find and was led there by a very kind neighbour. I add that it was in the dark after midnight? This should not put anyone off as once there it was a fantastic stay.

In a very quiet idyllic location which is what we hoping for. Stunning Villa with all the amenities nice pool, bbq ect. We definitely recommend this Villa and hopefully be returning next year.

Great villa. Peaceful surroundings with plenty of room for three generations. Pool excellent and we’ll maintained. Not yo far from local amenities especially in Polis 15 mins away. A/C needed in extreme heat was excellent and essential. Contact with owner very responsive throughout process from booking to leaving. Would go back but use Pafos rather than Larnaca. Great restaurant Stone Lion about 1 mile away run by Brit expat - huge portions!!

We had a wonderful stay in Goudi.
We had a wonderful stay in Goudi. The villa is beautifully located between lots of orange trees. Its only a short drive to the beach or to the smaller nearby mountains. We stayed there together with another family and had lots of space - inside and also outside barbecuing on the patio. The accommodations and the pool gets cleaned every week. Strong recommendation!

Lovely villa
From the moment we arrived till the day we left we felt relaxed.Lovely location away from everything, local village pub the woodman was a nice short walk away as well.The only downside was the pool not being heated so it was too cold to enjoy for the week.

Great outside area and swimming pool area, bbq and entertainment area. Beds could do with a mattress topper, quite hard and some extra pillows!
Location perfect near to the beach and surrounded by lots of walks and open countryside.

Villa parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis
La villa est superbe, avec de beaux espaces et une superbe piscine (non chauffée).
Elle est perdue au milieu d'orangers. Pour ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité, c'est le paradis.
Il y a quand même quelques petits bémols :
- Les literies sont assez vielles
- Le système d'alimentation en eau marche moyennement
- Il y a tout juste le minimum en équipement de cuisine
Nous vous recommandons néanmoins vivement cette villa!

We had a good time in this vacation home. The location is great. It's quiet and everything is available in the house. The pool is great. There were a few things missing in the kitchen, but that wasn't too bad. We even had food and drink in the fridge to greet us. That was very nice. We were also pleased with the willingness to help. We always got a quick reply. We can definitely recommend the house!

The house was very nice, clean and super equipped. There were amazing orange trees around the house. We had the house only as a starting point for trips around the island, but in summer you can also use the pool, which was clean and very nice, only for the season of our visit, unfortunately cold, which is normal in March.

Lovely Family Villa
This is a lovely villa for a family. We were three generations including a toddler. The pool and pool area is great. There is a fenced play area for the little ones. Most of the bedrooms have blackout shutters which keeps them cool. The location is very convenient being only a couple of minutes from the main Paphos to Polis road. Would definitely go back.

The villa was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children, the perfect location.
The quiet location set in the orange groves with the private pool was perfect. We did have a couple of small problems but when the owner was contacted these were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this villa for it's location a short drive from beaches and restaurants.

This property is very well equipped you have everything you could possibly need! The villa is more beautiful than it seems in the photos very spacious very clean perfect for families. One big factor is location nothing really close by car definitely needed. I’m

The aircon units heat as well as cool plus there is a wood stove in the living area and plenty of blankets. For a couple of families with young children in summer this place would be lovely!

Owners were fantasic, although we had problems with calling from are phones. So used the email instead. Still very quick to help though. Highly recommened going to latchi, and visiting the locals in polis. So very welcoming. If we were going to Cyprus again we would stay in this villa

Perfect! Magical! We came with our 3 kids and it was just what we needed. Spacious house in the village, well maintained pool around it a green flowery garden. Comfortable barbique place. Pingpong..... my kids just loved it. The place can easily fit 2 even 3 familys with kids. We saw the lovely host only when we got in, they really made sure its all there. Warm reccomendation from us!! (Bear in mind to follow arrival instructions, a bit tricky to spot. The Wifi signal can be improved)

Also, one of the rooms (with a double bed) is mostly unshaded so morning light will wake you and the kids up early. 4- While the host's daughter came to welcome us, communication was partial with the hosts themselves, and some of our problems went through the Eos office. This was frustrating for us.

Great stay at Villa Georgios Rafaela in Goudi. While entering the narrow road that leads to the villa may seem a bit isolated, as soon as you reach the house, you know you are going to have an amazing time. Secluded, private, right in the middle of an orcahrd and surrounded by lush greenery. The owner was always avaialable whenever he was needed and we were also greeted with a welcoming pachage including edibles already in the fridge. Perfect for families with kids (spent all day in the pool or at the play area next to the pool) or a big group of firends for relaxation. Really enjoyed it.

Great location, close to the beach (Latchi - ten min. driving), 35 min. driving from Paphos. Ideal place for two families with 2-3 children each. The pool is great!!! The villa is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the bbq after purchasing fresh fish in Polis. Amazing hospitality - we were surprised to discover fresh bread, cheese, juice and other things, after arriving very late at night (and after asking for information regarding supermarkets in the area - we were afraid to arrive late at night with 4 hungry children...) Great recommendations (a restaurant in Polis). Only one complaint- it was very hard to find the villa, especially late at night. It will be a good idea to make the road a bit more convenient (we thought that we got lost because the road was in bad condition...) We missed the owners and didn�t manage to reach them (we bought a local data sim, so they didn�t manage to reach us also...), but Sofronios answered to our mails. Thank you very much !

We had a great time! The villa located in a magical village and quiet place. Everyone were so nice and caring. The villa is beautiful, well equipped, we had everything we needed and much more! Rafaela and Giorgios were available for us and happy to help all the time... Thank you for a lovely vacation!

I would highly recommend staying at this villa
I would highly recommend staying at this villa and would definitely return. We stayed at the villa for 9 nights; two families with a 2 yr old, a 1 yr old and a 4 month old. The interaction with 'Eos' (who manage the villa) prior to arriving was excellent. They arranged for cots and high chairs to be in the villa for our arrival. The directions to the villa were conflicting and we ended up calling the owners out late at night. They came out promptly and guided us to the villa. I would confirm the directions prior to arrival. The villa was spacious and surrounded by various fruit plantations and therefore very quiet and private. The owners provided cheese/ham/bread and tea/coffee for our arrival was a nice touch. The children's play area was a great benefit and used on a daily basis. The pool was very cold but swimmable. We used the outside BBQ and seating area which was a fantastic way of spending our evenings (if slightly chilly in Oct). The beds are slightly uncomfortable but workable and the hot water (for showers) was temperamental. The villa is a short drive to Polis for supermarkets and restaurants and slightly further to Latchi for the beach
