My family of 3 stayed here while we were house hunting here in Lakewood. This location is excellent and the host was kind and accommodating to our changing timeline. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We appreciated very much the use of this condo. The ambiance, size and layout of the condo was very nice. The kitchen was large enough for the two of us to work at the same time. We enjoyed walking in the Weaver Creek Preserve and being able to access it easily from the condo. We found the neighbors to be very friendly.

Very quiet and comfortable 3/2. Owner really responsive. Good spot for cyclists to ride directly into Bear Creek Lake Park. Easy access to 285 and C-470. Lovely spot!

We spent 5 months at Drew’s condo, we have two daughters who are 8 and 11 and needed a place big enough for 4. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a rare find in the short term rental world. It had everything we needed for an extended stay. It was very quiet (the condo backs up to the preserve), people who lived around us were nice and welcoming. We loved how close we were to the mountains and the lake, we were able to store our bikes in the little shed attached to the back patio area. We could ride our bikes directly from the condo to the open space. We were close to everything while being in a very quiet area which worked perfectly for us. We had two parking spots, one covered and one uncovered and a pool right across the parking lot. The kids loved to swim there while the large covered area provided a great space to hang out. Drew and Christina have been very responsive and accommodating and fixed any issue quickly. they have been wonderful hosts!
