Beautiful location in a quiet gated area. The beach home was stocked with everything we needed and had such a comfortable, homie, feel. We loved having the sliding doors open and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean waves. We enjoyed easy access to the beach with stairs nearby the property. Would stay at this location again in heart beat.

The property is exquisite. The moment we walked in we discovered an apple pie waiting for us! What a nice touch. The condo was spotless and perfect for our family of 5. The front deck provided a view of the ocean and beach below. The few questions we had were answered by Wendy. The handy binder full of house info and local restaurants was great as well! We look forward to our next visit.

We have stayed here twice and both times were excellent. The views are as described and the complex is quiet and safe. There’s ample parking and a garage. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone who likes to cook on vacation. The linens are high quality. My adult son though the beds were too soft but I have no complaints. This house would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There are interior stairs. Beach access is also down steep stairs. The pools are warm and uncrowded.

Outstanding view of the ocean, and well appointed townhouse. The property manager was responsive (even bought and delivered a blender when we suggested it would be nice to have there). We have stayed in this complex annually almost 2 decades, and would consider this specific property again.

The views of the Pacific Ocean from the deck are spectacular. You can watch surfers from dusk to dawn. Nice, large kitchen - able to easily cook large breakfasts for 5 adults. We were grateful to have access to the bikes and beach gear. Had an excellent time!

Awesome views and steps to the beach. You can sit on the deck and watch the surfers and dolphins go by. The house is very comfortable. Beach access is close via two staircases. Beware the eroding sea cliffs and don't sit too close. There is a wider beach to the north.

Loved this place! The location is superb-great surfing, restaurants and beaches without the crowds. Wendy was super to work with and was kind enough to let us check in early. Don't hesitate to book (except if it's when I want to come back!)

Chairs, umbrella , boogie boards, easy stair access to secluded beach (fyi stairs are steep). Surfers paradise! Beautifully decorated home with all amenities. Wendi communicated easily. Walking, biking, charming split level place on the water in a lovely development. Nearby towns provide wonderful food and beverage options.

I rented this particular property because I wanted to be on the beach with air conditioning which this property advertised. Upon arrival, I notified management that only one of the 2 portable A/C units were working. She was supposed to call me back with a solution. Instead of calling me, I received an email stating that I would receive a very small refund compared to a very expensive rental for 3 nights. This was not a fair retribution. No one came to fix the issue and no one called me for proper resolution. Ceiling fans would be a great addition also for moments like these. Overall, the place is amazing, but I expect what I pay for. I could have paid far less for a place on the beach without A/C if that was my preference. So, this was extremely disappointing and not properly handled! Also, the floors were filthy! These were my only complaints. The location and home are amazing! They have everything you could ever need except for an iron.

We loved this home from the moment we walked in and took in the breathtaking views from the dining area, living room, master bedroom and the deck. The home is very comfortably furnished and and the kitchen well stocked. An added plus was the ample supply of kitchen and bathroom supplies, laundry detergent, beach towels, accessories, etc., so often not provided in other vacation rentals. It was a perfect place to relax to the sounds and sights of the surf. The bikes were a welcome bonus and we made good use of them. The property manager Wendi was very responsive and her instructions made getting in very easy. We took advantage of a couple of her dining recommendations. We did have a problem with a downspout that became detached from a gutter, that was somewhat of a nuisance from the racket it made during a heavy wind. Although Wendi was prompt in attempting to deal with it, the property maintenance staff dropped the ball. It was not enough of an issue, however, in our case to downgrade our review. We would love to come back some day.
