Our favorite place to stay on the island. Everything is so convenient. The unit is very comfortable.

Had an amazing time here. Simple one bedroom that was perfect for myself, husband, and daughter. Clean, easy check in and out, short walk to ocean, right next to the pool, amazing coffee/food/malasadas/drinks all within walking distance, and great central location for visiting all of the island be car. We will be back!

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Lae Nani is a great property with everything you could possibly need close by, Ground floor unit was great for walking out and right over tot he ocean. No AC so it was a little warm when we checked in but with the fans and ceiling fans we were able to get it cooled down by the first evening. Neighbors in the adjoining units were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property.

This condo is perfect for a couple. We appreciate the 1/2 bath and the condiments left in the refrigerator. The location is awesome‼️ Would certainly rent this unit again‼️

Another wonderful visit at Lae Nani in Peter's conveniently-located condo: ground floor, close to the pool and beach; perfect for us. The grounds and landscape are immaculate and they appear to be building a new BBQ area on the other side of the pool. The beachfront is more crowded than in years past, but people are mostly respectful of the property. One issue to be mindful of is the morning scramble for the limited number of chaise lounges that are available for guests' use - they go fast first thing in the morning, but there are fold out chairs provided in the unit. Also that some folks hog the existing BBQs (the 2 that are directly across from the lanai of this unit) - bringing far too much food to grill, camping out at the benches and blaring their music. Since this was before 'quiet time' and we weren't waiting on the grills, we didn't feel the need to complain, but it was annoying. If the BBQ area is indeed being relocated, this shouldn't be an issue next time. I would recommend this unit and hope to stay there again.

We were very comfortable here, everything we needed, close to everywhere we wanted to go, central for north & south excursions. It was stuffy at first until we got the large portable fan going & sliding door open, then perfectly fine. Pool was really lovely, we enjoyed walking to Lava Lava for dinner, and the small enclosed with rock beach pond complete with swells & small waves. They had basic condiments, complete organized kitchen, Beach umbrellas & chairs & much appreciated Beach towels. Patio area viewing & breeze so confortable on ground floor. We needed to extend our stay, and Peter was thankfully able to accommodate because due to Maui fires we could not leave to go. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Consider that similar condos are running over fifty percent higher in price. Consider that the view is exceptional, with expanse of lawn, beautiful pool view and scenic mountains and palm trees. Consider that the housekeeper is especially warm and welcoming, and that the unit is clean. The bed is comfortable. All that said, I truly feel it is time for a makeover or an update of the unit. Cabinets could be painted by a professional and have handles/knobs, which can be sanitized, carpet replaced (rust stains). What is right and appreciated: high counters, high toilets (compared to others we’ve seen), high rise louchair , fans (would prefer AC, but, mostly, fans keep the unit comfortable), ice maker. What is missing: a full length mirror, a makeup mirror, better quality, sturdier folding chairs (to bring on road trips), a tv that works (in fairness, we followed instructions, but think one remote needs a battery. We didn’t report it, as normally we don’t watch tv. A safety hand bar for the shower - good for any age, especially older couples. The instruction sheet should indicate guest should bring their own bar soap and shampoo for the shower. If one is used to hotels, they might not think of this. Someone else had mentioned it in the reviews. For all the fees and extra charges, one should not have to strip the bed. I have a bad back and don’t make the bed at home. I don’t want to deal with it on vacation. It is only the second time in over fi
