Cette maison 2017 nouvellement construite dispose de 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains et offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. L'accès à la plage est à environ 4-5 minutes à pied et à environ 250 marches du sable. 4 des chambres sont des suites principales avec lits king-size, 1 lit queen-size, télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre, canapé-lit queen dans le salon et 1 lit double, 1 matelas pneumatique double. La piscine d'eau salée et le spa sont chauffés et peuvent être contrôlés par votre téléphone intelligent ou par un iPad situé au niveau inférieur. Votre ascenseur personnel peut vous emmener, vos bagages ou vos courses à l'une des chambres ou à la cuisine / salon au dernier étage. We had family travel from Eastern Florida, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Nevada and California, to spend Christmas together. What a great house to accommodate 14 people. The house was clean and fully stocked. It had a 3 story elevator, but if you really want to get a good workout, take the stairs! The access to the beach was right across the street. Beautiful beach! The house is fully stocked with all beach things you would need for a fun day. My favorite part was the pool/hot tub and large projector screen t.v. Jackie was wonderful to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Great place to book. Highly recommend it.

Jackie was a great host! The home is beautiful and spacious, and had everything and more! Plenty of beach chairs for everyone, watching football games on the pool TV was terrific as well as the World Series!

The house was a great layout with terrific views of the gulf. Beach access is right across the street. We were cooking meals for a large group and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed watch the baseball playoff games on the large screen in the back yard. The owner Jackie was very easy to work with and communicative.

Went on a moms weekend away from kids and husbands and we all spoke the whole time about how perfect the house was! Pool was perfect! Open kitchen and layout. All bedrooms were big and comfortable with a bathroom no one felt like they were left with a bad spot!

We booked this for our summer family trip. It is a beautiful property and the owners have thought of all the details so you don’t really have to bring much other than your clothes. The pool was amazing and the beach was right across the street with excellent water views. Lots of activities to do nearby too such as private boat tours, jet skis, parasailing, and a trip to Everglades. The elevator was a lifesaver on check in and check out day. I would highly recommend and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. I had made my reservation back in May of 2022 before hurricane Ian hit. The owners JR and Jackie kept in touch with us to give updates on the property and repairs and had it finished by our check in date of May 13th.The house and pool were fantastic. Lots of room for all of us to have our own space and still spend lots of family time together. It is right across the road from the beach for the beach people and the pool and spa were just perfect for the rest of us. This was the perfect vacation home and we made so many memories. Can't wait to come back!

The house and proximity to the beach was perfect for our family. The downtown area was a short drive. All pool and beach items you could possibly want are at the house. There are 2 pack n play beds for little bitty guests. The owners are great communicators. Cannot wait to return.

This was planned as a Family vacation. I am 75 and wanted to take my three sons and their families on a great Florida get away. This house was perfect! Close to the beach with the private pool. We had all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc one needs. You could not ask for a better supplied kitchen. We did most of our breakfast and lunches at the house and went to some wonderful restaurants for our evening meals. The screened in porches were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and breakfast. We plan on doing this again next year.

Amazing Home -they thought of everything!
This property does not disappoint!!! Everything the owners listed was true to their word. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Pool and beach supplies were plentiful, from beach chairs, wagons and coolers to pool floats, baby floats and toys. Directions to beach was spot on. Laundry room is a mothers dream. This rental provided so much space to eat, play or lounge. I would highly recommend this property.

This is a great house in a great location. Beach is easy to get to, not crowded, and perfect powder sand. The pool was really nice for the kids to go in after spending the mornings on the beach. The house is even better than the pictures show. I would book this place again.

Excellent vacation home! Absolutely everything you need but your clothes! We have stayed at a lot of homes and never had one that had everything you need!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Vacation
Our family of 9 adults and 2 toddlers had plenty of space and private bathrooms for each couple. The house was phenomenal! The pool, spa, and outdoor projector Screen was our night time entertainment - it was such a great location with the beach right across the street. the owner thought of every detail and every kind of beach supply you will need including chairs, towels and wagons. The kitchen has everything we needed. The grocery store was very close by and plenty of good restaurants north and south There is a house being built right next door but it will be done soon and the construction noise was only during the day while we went to the beach. It really was not an issue for us. We can’t wait to go back next year!

My football loving family loved the giant Tv by the pool and I loved the awesome balcony off the kitchen family room area, Everyone loved having their own bathroom with each bedroom and my husband loved having an elevator to haul the groceries upstairs. My grandkids loved the pool/hot tub, looking for shells on the beach and archade on the main floor. Weather was warm and sunny everyday and grocery store was within walking distance. Awesome house!!!!

Pros: This house is amazing! Sitting in the pool after dark watching football on the 160 inch screen is something we will never forget. When football wasn't on, my wife and mother-in-law were sitting next to the pool enjoying a drink and watching HGTV. As far as beach gear, this was the best stocked house I've ever stayed at. They had two wagons and plenty of toys, coolers, etc. My sons loved the 80s style arcade machine, foosball table, and cornhole. The house was immaculate on the inside with very tasteful and appealing decor. We all agreed afterward that this was the best VRBO we've ever experienced, and we've stayed at about 7 VRBO so far.
Cons: Incredibly minor issues not worth mentioning that have probably been addressed by the owners.
