Les 2 chambres ont chacune l'air conditionné tout comme le salon, ce qui double comme chauffage en hiver offrant un appartement confortable toute l'année. 2 salles de bains dont 1 est une salle de bains ajouter au luxe et au confort de cet appartement. La cuisine entièrement équipée vous donne la possibilité de cuisiner un repas complet en vous donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. À un peu moins de 100 m² de surface habitable, cet appartement est plus que suffisant pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes pour profiter de vacances inoubliables. Les terrains du complexe offrent une grande piscine avec une piscine dédiée pour les enfants pendant que les parents peuvent prendre le soleil dans les jardins verdoyants qui l'entourent. Le complexe propose également un parking fermé.

Home from home spotless apartment which didn’t disappoint, with all amenities close by and sun on the terrace all afternoon. The complex is well looked after and very quiet. Alistairs communications were spot on and he met us at the gate to show us around . We will deffo return if available the next time we’re in Beni.

Very quick and friendly communication from Alistair from initial booking over a year ago. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and a huge balcony with sturdy furniture. It’s in a residential block so no sun beds but the pool was lovely and quiet and plenty of grass and a couple of benches to relax on. Sharon and Alistair gave us clear information and unexpectedly - and very much appreciated - let us check in early and out late due to flights. Location was good, lots around. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Apartment!
My daughter and I stayed at this apartment for a week and can honestly say it was just perfect. It was absolutely spotless and had everything in it you could need. The balcony was huge and had the sun on it every afternoon. The location was brilliant and there was a great supermarket literally a minute away. We have stayed in Benidorm many times but this lovely apartment was by far the best we have stayed at, we will definitely be returning next year! A massive thank you to Ali and his wife who worked so hard on getting the apartment ready for us as we had arrived much earlier than the check in time.
