L’hôtel est sublime. La chambre incroyable avec l’accès direct à la piscine.

La vaisselle est à renouveler. Tout est très usé.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne,przestronne i czyste. Taras bezpośrednio przy basenie co było znakomite. W apartamencie pralka i suszarka. dwie łazienki zaopatrzone w niezbędne przybory toaletowe. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Wszystko idealne. Super polecam

Rowery nie były takie jak w ofercie na zdjęciach. Były 2 rowery dla dorosłych i 1 dla dziecka. Do tego były bardzo brudne. Dlatego też z nich nie skorzystaliśmy.

Me encanta que tuviera salida a la piscina (alberca) , estaba limpio era amplio y tenia todas las comodidas , hasta licuadora 😁 nos encantó.

No ne gusto el aspecto de las toallas.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment next to the pool. From your terrace you had a staircase to go into the pool. Apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Including washing machine and dryer. Good location in apartment area and few minutes from the Centre.

Arrival was a little bit strange. The concierge had to look half an hour to find our booking. In the middle of the pool there is a bar, but they don’t use it as a bar. I would suggest to have coffee facility in the morning, that there is someone to make cappuccino and in the afternoon/evening nice that you can order drinks or little snack, that you have more contact with other guests.

the location wasn’t great. To cycle home once the sun had set wasn’t safe. Not much close to the hotel, and the closest shops charge an huge amount of money for the basics.

Access to the pool from our terrace was the dream. Kitchen had everything we needed. Showers had good water pressure and hot water.

This is a spectacularly beautiful property, incredibly luxurious. Modern, well stocked, and convenient. Gorgeous grounds with huge pool with bridges and islands, gym on site, gated with security guard. we had a penthouse 2br 2 bath suite with terrace and rooftop jacuzzi--sunset views from roof. Host was incredibly friendly, easy to contact, helpful, attentive, kind, knowledgable (areceli). One of the best contact experiences I've ever had on a rental. Bikes on site with helmets to get around. purified water and washed fruit provided, great kitchen. 2br plus sofa converts to bed. Easy to fit family of five. Our kids were AWESTRUCK. It is in a condo complex a few minutes from town and beaches by car--20 min to tulum ruins by bike. Not exactly cheap especially by mexico standards, but excellent value given what was provided.

Very little to criticize, really. It is a bit out of the way in a new condo development with many properties along it that is kind of nowhere. This is fine for many but you can't walk anywhere interesting-must bike or drive. Jacuzzi not really warm enough to enjoy--water not hot enough. Pool cold. This is typical of our December experience in Mexico though, generally too hard to swim as no pools are heated and water is really chilly, air not always hot. but jacuzzi hot water could have been warmer.
