We had the largest room (Residential suite) which was gorgeous and very big. The whole look and feel of the hotel is fresh and modern, yet cosy. I asked for both the Romantic and Birthday balloons and the room looked very festive when we arrived. Breakfast is a la carte, not that many choices, but fresh, diverse and good. It is very close to the center and a 15 min walk from the station. We really enjoyed our stay

Location of the hotel is great, as is the general design concept. Characteristic details of the original building were integrated in the new design.

Soundproofing of the room is mediocre and the housekeeping should take the effort to clean horizontal surfaces above 1m: all skirting, hinges and light fittings were covered in a thick layer of dust.

The location was great, very close to the centre. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was helpful when needed.

Elevator doesn’t fit some strollers. it also doesn’t fit a stroller and a pregnant lady…

I am not sure how this hotel claims to be a 4 stars hotel: 1-Check in desk is not available 24/7 , not even 12/7 2-elevator as shutdown at night 3- staff are not friendly or helpful 4-Hotel is dirty

Construction works right next to the room with disturbing noise

The hotel is conveniently located to city centre. The bed was very comfortable and big. Coffee nachine in the room saved having to go to the bar downstairs

Parking was in a street around the back and you needed to drag your suitcase across cobbles to get to the hotel

Easy to reach location right in the middle of town. Easy access to restaurants and pubs. Nice courtyard at the hotel with a full bar service. Different varieties for breakfast to choose from - to be paid extra.

There was unfortunately a noisy construction site nearby - nothing to blame the hotel for but sleep was finished basically by 7:30am. Noteworthy - the carpark of the hotel is a short walk around the block and with 21 € a bit on the expensive side though still a much better option than any public parking being is a very risky thing in Maastricht when having a foreign number plate. Cars are often damaged or broken into.
