Le gîte était magnifique
La piscine et le personnel de la piscine et surtout les horaires de la piscine, c’est de 10-18 heures mais le personnel nous m’étais dehors à 17 h30

Both green environment to relax for adults and enough activities for my 1.5y old. (2 nights stay)
The sofa was full of dog hair from previous visitors. Otherwise cleanliness was ok.
There was supposed to be indoor play center for kids, but it was not available.

Perfect location for Graspop Metal Meeting. Great facilities to relax (beach, lake, swimming pool, hit hub, slides)
Need to pay for towels and only one toilet in the apartment for 6 people. Not a major deal.

not much to do, all rest were almost closed too early, staff disappear after 5pm and reception is closed,no towels were provided

Overall nice facility for families with children located in a calm surrounding. Small but nice indoor swimming pool. Bungalow was ok and spacious. Personal was nice and helpful, quickly fixing small issues with the heating (we went there in Feb).
The pillowcases of the sofa could have been cleaner. Another exception was the lifeguard, who was closing the swimming pool. We were late due to limited number of showers and just finishing packing our stuff, it was 6:05pm (sic!) and he switched off the light! I have 3 small kids, so it was a bit overreacted - especially as he saw us in there. After all he waited for us another 5min, but was noticably 'unhappy' with this situation.

After a complaint, they offered us another chalet.
The second chalet was in front of the lake. Very good.
Easy to check out.
Security in the swimming pool.
Friendly staff in the reception.
We were placed in a house opposite two houses of a family of residents who left for work at 5 am and came late at night. Also a very noisy family. After 2 days have to make a complaint. The problem was resolved quickly.
The swimming pool closes too early.

The restaurants and supermarket were not always open during the hours indicated.
Staff in the restaurant refuse to change 2 euros in coins of 1 for the swimming pool locker.

very nice staff. The kids loved the swimming pool. We arrived before the check-in time and they let us in any way. It was also easy to check out a 4AM !
paying was not possible via booking.com. So I had to pay via bank transfer.

The location and facilities available on the park were super.
There were no cereal bowls in the kitchen and a toaster would have been handy.

Tried to charge above the stated booking.com price, were really rude about this (not lost in translation as partner is native speaker)
Accommodation tired with insufficient even basics (cutlery)
Tired curtains and rotten deck with adhoc nails sticking out
