Nice, spacious apartament in the silent area of Cecina, with full expected equipment. Great covered parking place, what is an exception in the area. Just 7 min walk from the Cecina beach. Easy check in process by the agency, flexible hours, really appreciated. Very good price/value.
Uncovered terrace accesable only form dusk till down.
Furnishings dated/tired. Whole object needs ranovation.
AC lack was obvious for the price, but there was not even one fan, so it got very stuffy during the windless days.

Place is very quiet (at least in May), few minutes walking from the center and the beach. House is cute, with everything needed.
They need 10€ per person if you want bedsheets and towels (which you probably do!). That's fine, it's still cheaper than equivalent stuff around, but it would be fairer to increase the price upfront.
