This property was very clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Kitchen was well equipped with appliances and utensils. I was a bit concerned about the area ( next to the soup kitchen and public park) we did not have any problems. Very easy to get to the highway.
The upstairs tv didn't work and the other bedrooms do not have Tvs.
Great renovated older home and extremely clean!!

The cottage was cute. As other reviews note, the bathroom layout is strange because of the age of the house but totally workable. Kitchen was nicely stocked and beds were comfy! For any elderly—must be able to do stairs.

We loved this adorable home within walking distance of Colorado College and Rocky Mountain Womens Film Festival. The furnishings and lovely art throughout this home were appreciated. We congregated outside on the back patio. Ana the host was great: communicated well and accommodated our needs.

The location was great...we are CC parents and the walk to campus as well as to downtown was a breeze! The house had everything one could need...the kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the backyard with bbq and hot tub. Wish we could get this house or others in the court for CC graduation!

We love this house and area of Colorado Springs. This is the 3rd of 4th time we have stayed at this home because Ana is fantastic and the location can't be beat. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in the downtown area, yet on a secluded, neighborhood street.

This is a super cute house, very clean (one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), tastefully decorated, and well stocked (spices, cooking oil, towels, hot tub towels). We loved being able to walk downtown for lunch & shopping.

We had a great stay. It was exactly as described and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and really enjoyed being able to walk to the downtown area.

We were so delighted with the overall cleanliness of the property and really appreciated how cozy the house felt after traveling there in sub-zero temps. The kitchen was spacious and well-appointed with plenty of cooking utensils and dishware.
The property owner was easy to communicate with and was flexible regarding the last-minute addition of another houseguest.

We loved this house! Nothing bad to say about owner or house. It was so nice because they had a lot of amenities: hot tub that worked, everything we needed to cook/grill out, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc was all provided.
The house was super clean and cute. They had indoor/outdoor games, books, CDs.
My only complaint was the location. Downtown has a lot of homeless. It was close to everything though so that was nice!

The house has everything you need- extremely helpful to those who flew from quite a distance. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, and hot tub was perfect after our hikes.

House was perfect for our girls weekend! Well stocked, comfortable, house had everything we needed, especially the hot tub after doing the Manatou Incline! Just a few blocks to restaurants and shopping. Ana was readily available, and very helpful! Would definitely stay again!
