No tv work,no ac work,no hot water,everything bed

Hygiene, no linen change, no breakfast after paying for it, no tea, rude staff, hair and dirt on bed during these covid times, bathroom filthy, no soap or toiletries, lift stopped one floor before ground and had to climb down stairs with luggage, apparently OYO does not pay hotels on time so they are not happy with online bookings. Booking.com should be ashamed of featuring such hotels, check and monitor please, I paid for 6 nights and stayed for 1 only

Rooms were pathetic, toilets seems to be not cleaned from ages, no hot water, in the name of staff only 2 under 18 years boys were available, water bottles were not available, towels were smelling, lift was not working , TVs were not working, rooms were not even worth 500 rs

Your site is a fraud. Breakfast was included in the room price but they don't offer us. Also they charge 30 rupees as service charge. Really bad platform for booking hotels.

I books by seeing pictures in booking.com but actual were different. No family friendly for stay.
