Nice location and facilities
The sofa bed was not working and the kitchen cutlery was left unwashed in the cabinets.

Pleasant, clean, comfortable apartment. Good location. Host responded quickly to queries.
There were no clear directions as to where the shop was where I could pick up the keys. I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find it.

the place had all kitchen utensils to cook. the location which is so close to main street and good restaurants.
sofa bed didnt work properly. we agreed upon weekly or ten days once cleaning and change of sheets but they couldn’t do it. i needed one day or few hrs heads up before cleaning team comes but they couldn’t do that. so didnt send any cleaning team or change of sheets. little disappointed. vacume cleaner didnt work on carpet so had to live in the dirty carpet for like 40 days.

They immediately changed the bed when i complained about it. very clean with all the stuffs we could think of. everything was great here. it was quite and easy access to main street. the were really flexible with our needs. key pickup and drop in was so smooth.
could have arranged cleaning little better and organized . since we stayed there for 40 days.

Located at the heart of the city, heating system is too good, TV, Broadband all good, enough kitchen dishes , cleaning also very good. except bed size rest all excellent. big size Sofa as well. overall this property is excellent.
bed size is not big for 2 adults.

Good size, a few minutes from town center, fully equipped kitchen.
Need to walk 5 minutes to get and return the key.

The interior was ok. It was quiet
It was not very clean. Building hallways were dirty. No peephole on door. I picked up keys at night, there was no light where the lockbox was located. A resident with a flashlight/ phone light had to help. I booked a room at the actual kings reach building but was moved after my booking. I was disappointed.

the bed was uncomfortable as I can feel the bed springs while sleeping it was very hard to sleep well
the carpet in the bedroom was not clean
dust all over the apartment

it was too hot no fan or air conditioning , the view is on bins not as it show on the river
the check in and out was too hard because we have to go somewhere far to collect and drop the key

The apartment was well fitted out but was let down by a few small issues (loose toilet seat, tap, bath surround - the agents did offer to fix). WiFi and heating were good
We were bumped out of the apartment a couple of days before the booking and offered a worse located apartment instead
Apartment we ended up with had communal spaces that smelt strongly of weed (no smell in the flat)

staff molestation. they constantly write letters and demand reports: when you arrive, when you check out? I saw time for check inn and check out, it’s not necessarily to control me, I not too stupid!!!!
