The room was clean and the shower was hot! The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the main square. It was easy enough to get to the thermal baths from the main square via Jeep Willy. Much cheaper than staying at the hotels closer to the thermals. Definitely worth it!
I texted earlier to confirm I was coming but never received a response. When I arrived no one was there at the front desk. I appreciate that the door stays locked but someone should be there to respond when the bell rings. I called the phone and eventually someone came to let me in and proceed to check in. Otherwise the staff were nice and helpful and gave me directions. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you'll hear your neighbors.

Hotel cerca al centro; posee comercio cerca como lo son farmacias, almacenes, restaurantes.

La ubicación
El señor de la recepción es muy grosero, desde que llegamos nos habló feo para entrar el carro al parqueadero. Tuvimos un problema con unos huéspedes que llegaron tarde haciendo ruido y no dejaban dormir, les pedimos el favor que no hicieran tanta buya pero no pasó nada. Lástima este señor porque la señora si fué un amor cuando nos recibió, muy amable y carismática, pero su compañero arruina su trabajo por completo.

Demasiado ruido, se escucha todo lo que hablan desde la recepción. El señor que atiende en la noche es imprudente y mal educado, le falta ser más decente.

Good location, close enough to the main square. Nice staff. Possible to leave your luggage before your check-in in order to go to los termales over the day. Clean room and everything you need. Very good value for money.

Value for money it was very good. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a night, just to go to the Thermal Springs.
No natural light in the room. At night the area can be a bit shady.
