Great location near the wonderful city park and the coast for swimming.

we loved the kitchen, bedrooms and the location.
there wasn’t many comfortable places to sit, we would have loved if there was a sofa or comfortable seating area big enough for 5 of us to sit. This wasn’t a problem though, we sat around the kitchen table and had a great time.

The geographical situation was perfect for us. Availability of parking was important for us as well. Size of the house was nice for us, we were four people.
Even at this time, the house was cold. There is no apparent heating available. What the owners can not control, are the noise from the traffic on the street and the airplanes flying above.

Location was excellent adjacent to the Parque Cidade and the stunning beach. Supermarket was a little far (1.3km). Kitchen is well appointed. Bedrooms are huge and beds comfy.
Garden could have used some work. Grass overgrown. The minimalist furniture and design felt a bit cold in a house so large (300m2). Could use some more cozy tables and perhaps more wall hangings. These are minor points.
