Nice balcony, good location, convenient facilities

Breakfast service is horrible. No rain cover, messy place with dim lights, poor service.

The room itself was excellent, great balcony, good beds, clean and well equipped. The pool facilities were also very good and the mall was pretty well represented too.

Given that this is supposed to be a resort, we were disappointed to find that we had to pay for the pool. Not only that but the pool bar was closed and all the jacuzzis were out of action. But that was nothing compared to the hugely disappointing lack of food options. After settling on Mexican (the resort boasts over 74 food options on the room tv) we went downstairs to find it closed. It remained closed the entire duration of the stay. We went in search of the Brazilian BBQ only to find it didn't exist, along with a host of other restaurants that were signposted around the resort. We eventually went to the volcano bbq, which was underwhelming at best. The next day we tried the Italian restaurant, which was awful. The only restaurant worth visiting was KFC. Instead we found a sports bar a short ride away called Dolphin Bar. We went there 6 times, it was excellent and I recommend the ribs. If you come to this resort, don't expect much English at the front desk, and don't expect free access to the pool or access to almost any of the restaurants they claim to have. Oh, and the gym was horrific. Two treadmills, a couple of bikes, free weights and a deadlift machine, plus a lot of empty space, a locked fridge, and some yoga mats and balls.

Check-in to a room that was not clean up after last guest check-out. Took them over half an hour to come and fix it. And it was after the check-in time.
