Such a lovely little home, loved the outdoor sofa area and the beautiful garden. Entire home is decorated really nicely, comfy bed, decent shower, can’t fault this place at all.

LOVED the bedroom/living area with the bathroom in the middle. quite a quirky layout with an outside undercover 'sitting lounge' area separating the bedroom/living area dwelling to the kitchen dwelling (which overlooked a lovely garden). Kitchen had a table & chairs and also a washing machine which is handy for travellers. Undercover carport a bonus as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I'm sure who ever stays would enjoy as well. Think perfectly suited for single or couple (+ child if the sofa is a sofa bed)

Loved the property, decor, gardens outdoor area kitchen dining and pussycat.

On a whole this property is wonderful and we loved the setup. If I had to nit pick it would be the smallest thing going from the warm main area to the kitchen for coffee lol. But we probably could have used the tray in the lounge to take stuff inside and make in there. And not having more time.

Absolutely wonderful and quiet property, well away from the city hustle. Would definitely stay there again. Far better value than just a studio unit in the centre of town, for the same price (or more).

The kitchen was well set up. The bed was comfortable and the grounds were secure for my dog.

The location was lovely and quiet, with a beautiful garden to look out on. The cottage style accommodation had every thing one needed for a comfy stay. We will be back to stay again...the owners helped us with good humor when we couldn't figure out how to look the doors. I would recommend staying at Sinclair Eco House to anyone who likes something a little eclectic.

The place was cosy, clean and beautifully furnished. We made friends with the friendly cat and absolutely adored the views out our windows. It was really hard to say goodbye to the place but we will definitely be back! An absolute delight

The independent kitchen was good so there wasn't the mixing of the eating and living activities. Bed was very comfortable. A spacious facility with all the essentials you required for a pleasant stay.

Quiet location, close to town. Walking distance to shops. Cat was a bonus.
