The apartment was in an ideal location for walking into Dawlish Warren and Dawlish itself. Also, a 5-minute walk through a cut to the sea wall over the railway bridge. Also, there's a bus stop, right outside the property.
There was nothing that we didn't like.

lovely and clean, everything there you needed. great location, near to lovely walks and short drive to beautiful beaches.

A lovely, comfortable and spacious apartment which is ideal for couples and in a great location for visiting nearby coastal towns and places of interest. We had a great week and would thoroughly recommend the apartment. We will certainly return when we can.
There is a little noise from passing traffic but nothing that would detract from the lovely apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking on-site is a big bonus as well. The hosts were very friendly. Location is very good too.
There are basic amenities such as a fridge freezer missing. An icebox in a fridge is not sufficient for people staying. It could also use a small coffee table for the front room to put drinks on whilst sitting on the sofa. The WiFi is not great, no signal on many occasions. TV channels were also very limited with numerous channels for the same thing. I.e.BBC, ITV etc.

Ideal location with good walks for the dog. Clean apartment with the owners which is handy if there were an problems (which there wasn't). Within walking distance of both Dawlish and Dawlish Warren
TV in lounge had limited free view channels

Great location with easy access either by foot or road to the surrounding area
Wi-Fi just didn't work. I recommend changing to Sky or BT as plusnet are useless.

great location lots of places south devon to visit, warm and cosy and tv in the bedroom a bonus for the evenings
wifi was slow and hit and miss could do with a booster in the room as using owners wifi next door would make it handy for mobile phone usage and streaming netflix on an evening
