Wat een heerlijke ruim appartement en fijne bedden. Mooi ruim balkon, met goed droogrek, wasknijpers etc. Helemaal top voor elkaar!
Stratos had al lekker wat te drinken voor ons in de koelkast gelegd.

Perfect location near the beach. The rooms are clean, big wit comfortable beds and we'll ventilated. Kitchen has everything you need. The host, Stavros, is very nice, helpful and warm!

There is a free parking place. Large rooms with air conditioner and Clean bedsheets. Large and clean kitchen with microwave and a large table. Near the beach and restaurants. Good people.
One of the bathrooms is small. There is no washing machine.

Everything was great! Especially our host Stratos who really made us feel like home. The appartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed - everything looking new and good quality. The location is close to the beach and the restaurants, shops etc. Also a good place to stay if you want to rent a boat as is at walking distance from Nidri port.

Hosts couldn’t have been friendlier. Great location, had everything we needed! Very peaceful considering how lively the area is, a quiet little balcony with a great view to relax of an evening or for a morning coffee

Excellen location of accommodation. A few steps to the beach, bakery, supermarket and bus station (to Lefkas, Vasiliki, Kathisma, etc.). Parking is excellent in the shade. The apartment is well equipped and clean. In the accommodation there is an iron, a hair dryer, you don't have to think about it. Towels and bed linen are changed several times.Every dill you can make with the friendly host at the beginning. At The Beach House you are not a tourist, you become a member of the family. Stratos and his wife Viki are wonderful people, kind and friendly, ready to help if you have any problems or questions. Stratos is always there for you. We really have the most positive experiences from this accommodation. Dear Stratos, if you are reading this, we wish you a lot of successful years of doing business like this. You were a great host. The locations was right next to the beach.

The location is located less than 50 m from a small beach, very quiet in September, well equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, with trees (quinces, figs, pomegranate) where you can sit in the natural shade, places where you can drink a coffee, beer, various juices, or you can have breakfast. You can go kayaking.
It is very close to the central area of Nidri where there are restaurants and shops.
It has its own parking lot, naturally shaded for a good part of the day.
The apartment has absolutely everything needed for a relaxing stay.
And last but not least, Stratos and Vicky are wonderful hosts, they are always attentive, I can say that we have become friends.
We can't wait to see you again next year!

The house is comfy and has a great location, a few steps to the Nydri's golf shore and close to the port. Stavros, the host, was very nice and always ready to help. You have everything you need at hand in the house. Truly a great spot for a family holiday. Private parking at the basement of the house is really an advantage if you came by car.

There were no mosquitos !!!! Also, we couldn’t have found an easier location, with a beautiful, long beach and commerce 10 meters away
The temptation to just stay and Nydri and not drive around Lefkada is there… try to make the effort (we didn’t)

Stratos welcomed us warmly! He explained everything clearly, suggested shops and restaurants. Organized a taxi and couldn't do anything more to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. If you want a place near the beach, it has everything! Air conditioners were a pleasure. This is a real gem!

Accommodation was excellent! Excellent facilities (air conditioning is amazing!) in the accommodation and safe and secure. The apartment is located n the middle of the village and shopping area. As soon as you step out of the apartment you are at the beach in seconds.
I had no problems but if there are any, the manager is always close at hand.

This is a first class apartment in an excellent location. A few steps from both the beach & the shops/tavernas of central Nidri. From communication with George when booking, to all the help Stratos, Georges father gives whilst staying at the property, they cannot do more to help and make sure your stay is memorable. If you are planning to holiday in Nidri and want a modern, clean and spacious self catering apartment, look no further. You have found the best place in Nidri if you stay here.

We have stayed at The Beach House for seven days. All was above our expectations , from hospitality to cleanliness. Mr. Stratos is very friendly and is always there to help. Also, the location of the house, just few meters away from the beach makes this place even better. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We were met by Stratos, a friendly and helpful man on our arrival who helped us with our bags into the apartment. Everything was explained to us in detail as well as information on local area. Very good accommodation in nice location.

Fortunately, we chose this perfect holiday house. We had a wonderful holiday. The location of this house is great. 1 minute away is a clear and quiet seaside. It is suitable for walking and swimming. There is a bus stop and a pier in 3 minutes on foot. There is also a supermarket by boat and the room is very tidy and convenient for families. It is very important that the host is very good and gave us a lot of help in the future. We will come here for vacation in the future. I want to give this house a perfect 10 points because it's worth it

Perfect location 10 metres from a lovely beach, perfect for families, spontaneous clean, very comfortable beds, air conditioning and WiFi works perfectly, very thoughtful from the owners to find in the fridge bottles of cold water, beers and a bottle of wine, we definitely recommend this place and we will be glad to be back there. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for a quick meal, big fridge, lovely balcony, parking space, was so close to the centre where you find all shops and restaurants but same time was very quiet, we really enjoyed our time there🤗

The appartament was verry clean with everything you need, water, juice, coffee , sugar was from the owner.
I recomend this proprerty for verry good position, close to the beach, nice car parking, and the owner a supper nice man.
