Bienvenue au paradis! Notre maison de plage est une maison de cinq chambres / trois salles de bains de style professionnel située à Surfside Beach, en Caroline du Sud. Conçu pour accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes, il se trouve à quelques pas seulement des plages de sable fin de l'océan Atlantique.
Notre maison récemment rénovée est conçue pour refléter le pittoresque de Surfside Beach tout en offrant tout le nécessaire pour se détendre et se ressourcer dans le confort de notre maison. Nous espérons que vous trouverez le temps de vous détendre autour de la piscine qui peut être chauffée ou climatisée, de nager quelques longueurs, d’allumer le gril et de boire une tasse de café en écoutant les vagues déferler. La chaleur de la piscine coûte 50 $ de plus par jour. Nous offrons gratuitement la chaleur de la piscine pour les mois d'avril et mai.
Le Paradise dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'un barbecue au propane pour les chefs de la famille. une douche extérieure fermée pour se laver après une journée complète à la plage; six grandes télévisions intelligentes à écran plat, une connexion haut débit à Internet et le câble pour divertir les foules, ainsi que deux balcons donnant sur Ocean Boulevard avec vue sur l'océan.

Location is awesome-steps from the beach. Great size pool and kitchen well equipped.
Management- Information wasn’t consistent in emails, welcome letter or on refrigerator. Consistency would be nice so tenants have clear expectations. Kim told us we would receive text when unit was ready. No text. We were in the area since 2:30. It was after 4 so we went to the office (they say open till 5). Doors were locked. Keys in lockbox.
Saturday arrival we found:
A toilet that wouldn't flush and had a bowel movement in it so a flush was needed. You have to make your own beds and a fitted sheet was stained. When emptying our coolers into the refrigerator we found crumbs and spilled liquid, etc.,not clean. The pool was filled with sand.
We called management and got "after hours" line. We were told that none of those issues were "emergencies" so the earliest those would be taken care of would be Monday. After traveling all day we had to clean, wash and fix.
We fixed the toilet so it was usable. The rest we cleaned and washed. The pool was cleaned on Monday.
We have stayed in many areas.If there were issues upon arrival, they were always taken care of immediately.
Other issues on arrival: Bathroom rugs dirty, black smudges on white shower curtain, dirty grill and no tools to clean it, front porch table filthy, floors filthy -made your feet/socks black, food still on crock pot. Is it too much to expect a clean property upon arrival or at least a timely fix to issues found?

House is conveniently located to 2 entrances to the beach making it an easy trek with kids! Also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool with the house. Checking in/out process is a bit antiquated. Communication with property management is delayed over the weekend, but they will respond/reach out the upcoming business day. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider booking again!

Me and 10 friends rented this house for a long weekend. It was everything we were looking for. The house was very clean, there were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact there was no lockbox on the house and the key had to be picked up at the rental office. We flew into Myrtle Beach and did not rent a car:Otherwise a great home and a perfect location!

The house appeared just as listed. The location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the beach with a nice pool with plenty of seating for our group of 9. A few restaurants and beach bars within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved it. We would highly recommend.

Not recommended - Not Clean - Mold - Lack of communication
Not ready when communicated. Had to wait approx 90 mins to get into the house past the time they said it would be ready. Mold in the washing machine, mold on several of the dishes, and just very dirty overall. Stayed in many vacation houses over the years and this one by far takes the most unclean award. The management company Southern Coast Vacations, was not available when they said they would be, not in the office and took several days to follow up when you call or email concerns/questions. Poor communication and just a negative experience overall on this one. NOT recommended.

Could be cleaner, but a great week
Floors were sandy, our 3 year old found pills under a bed, one pillow had blood stains, but otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location was perfect, pool was excellent, outdoor shower came in handy.

Great house and location
This house was as great as advertised. We had a 3 generations of family and friends together for a week. House worked great for all of us. Pool was fantastic. Beach is just across the street - close enough to walk barefoot! House was clean and well stocked. I had a few questions prior to check in and management company was responsive. All around great experience.

It was a pleasure staying at "Paradise". The owner went over and above in providing EVERYTHING you could want to enjoy an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home. The location was perfect with a gorgeous beach just across the street and a short walk to restaurants. The large heated salt water pool was awesome and the comfortable porch was wonderful to enjoy as we started and ended our days. The host (Kim) was excellent. Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation and we definitely would love to return again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and the house was great. A side from the weather also being awesome Jazmine in the office was so helpful with out check in process and the overall happiness with out stay.

This house is one row of the beach with beach access a few houses down on each side of the house. The house was big enough for us to be comfortable with a large group. The pool was perfect for those days that the waves were too rough. Only suggestion would be to bring your own knives. They only had serrated knives. Also the outdoor shower does not have enough privacy if you take off your suit to get the sand out the neighbors will get an eyeful! Overall we loved the place.

This house didn’t disappoint at all. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was clean, multiple seating. The only thing was the coffee pot wasn’t working so we went and bought a new one and left it there. Our contribution to this fantastic place. Quiet and safe area yet close enough for activities and shopping. We had a great time and we will be back to Surfside for sure. The only thing that would have made it more accommodating would have been a bathroom by the pool but we got our workout in with the stairs😉. Very beautiful home. We enjoyed our vacations.

No one ever sent me instructions or key pad Info to get keys out of box. All of my emails said to go to realty office. Good thing Patrick got my message and called me back right away.

This property called Paradise was perfect for my extended family and me (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was the right size, had plenty of rooms and sleeping spaces, and was in good and clean condition. The beach access point was right across the street, and the heated saltwater pool was great! Although we came prepared with things like cleaning supplies, etc. the house actually had a lot there, which was nice. The people at the company who manages the property (jasmine, Monica, and Patrick) were friendly, helpful, and prompt to reply. They went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall it was an excellent place to stay, and I would do it again! Fantastic experience!
