Excellent apartment everything you need is there and a view of the sea are brilliant. If you are coming to Portstewart you will not go wrong staying here.

fantastic location , exactly as described.direct access to beach walk-way with a beautiful view of the strand. accomodation was modern yet extremely confortable.entire place was spotless and the hosts had thought of everything.underfloor heating and an excellent gas fire.kitchenette was fully kitted with everythi g you could possibly need and a small breakfast hamper was provided.

Our host Glenda was friendly,polite, & very helpful on our arrival . the accommodation was spotless, comfortable and had the most amazing sea views ever. This is certainly one of the best accommodation we have stayed in and will definitely be back.

Fab place with wonderful views. So relaxing just what we wanted. To Wake up overlooking the sea amazing. Pebble Bay studio was so clean and calm. Glenda and her family were so friendly and helpful We stayed an extra night we loved it so much and will definitely make a return visit Ali

The property is in the most perfect location facing the Strand beach, Portstewart. When you pull open the curtains in the morning you see the early morning body boarders in the sea ,the brave band of early morning swimmers and of course.the first of many dog walkers. It’s a beautiful sight, the large patio outside the apartment leads down to a beautifully manicured rockery, with driftwood, rocks, shells etc. You can access the path leading onto the beach through a door in the wall. It couldn’t be more perfect. The apartment is spotlessly clean, furnished with only the best of quality of linen, rugs, mats and hints of marine pieces like shells, drift wood, seaside paintings.etc. The kitchen , though small , has all the essentials, as well as a dishwasher, double electric plate, fridge as well as the cutlery , crockery, casseroles etc. A lovely surprise was a tray prepared for our breakfast which included a variety of fruit, porridge oats, milk, wheaten, butter, tea coffee, orange juice.. This apartment has been well thought out and all the comforts are offered for your short or long stay, It is a short walk onto the beach, Golf club or Harry’s Shack and a ten minute walk to the Promenade. This is a gem of a property, once tasted you will want to return.

Loved everything

Our stay although short was thoroughly enjoyed. we were the first guests of the season and found every thing perfectly arranged, furnished to a great standard and with a high attention to detail. very clean and everything we needed, and made most welcome. The location and view was great, a short walk to the beach and ocean views to Donegal. We have booked the 2 rooms for another break.

This property suited us 100% for a quiet peaceful stay where we could fend for ourselves book it if that's what you're looking for and you wont be disappointed.

Instructions on how to use fire would be useful. Although host was fantastic and 100% approachable we just didn't want to bother him so late
