This apartment probably has everything anyone could need for a long term stay. We were impressed overall and would stay here again. Designated parking out front. Easily walk into downtown with groceries at the end of the street. A great base for exploring the Isle of Skye.
I can't think of anything.

The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to wash our clothes and hang them on heated racks.
The location is excellent, the grocery shop and village was very close.
The bed are really in bad shape and therefore not comfortable. The room are very very small, you can’t open a luggage in the room and walk around easily.

The rooms were lovely, the location is excellent! It’s only 3 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and to town centre. The kitchen area is equipped with dining table and chairs.

We met the owner of the building who was very hospitable and friendly. The property gave us fantastic access to the best of Portree with a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (for a day tour) as well as downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen and living room area had plenty of room for the four of us, including comfy sofa and love seat we used at the end of the day. Wifi was consistent and strong and the water pressure good. Very professionally run facility.

A warm and cosy apartment with a spectacular view over Portree bay and surrounding mountain range. The kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded with modern fittings. Plenty of heaters in every part of the apartment. Less than 2 minute walk to the town centre with easy access to cafes and restaurants. Large carpark for guests.
The apartment is extremely small, we had difficulty keeping two suitcases.

The location is very central. The flat is warm, comfortable, and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.
The bedrooms are a bit small but this was expected.

Great place in Portree city centre, close to co-op and harbour, lots of little amenities, nice host.
The single beds were slightly uncomfortable (for an adult - for child was fine).

Centrally locates; close to town centre and all amenities; clean and modern apartment - 2 bedrooms, living room, shower room and kitchen; good parking directly outside; warm and comfortable.
It was all good.

Open access to porch area then use of a code-protected key lock box to access the apartment key. Property was clean, very well equipped with supplies, including extensive cutlery, crockery, small white goods, towels etc as well as 'surprise' items like fresh milk, welcome biscuits. In fact, everything you could want was provided, even a small powered fan in the bedrooms (not necessary for September in Skye). All electrics worked well, including heating radiators and the shower. The location is very central and there was sufficient parking in front.
I liked everything (and I'm not easy to please). If I had to think of something I'd say that the bedrooms were a bit small (but there was sufficient storage and movement space). Also, some other guests were smokers and a little noisy as they met at the front of the building around 7am for the first ciggie of the day.

- There was parking right in front of the apartment, which was perfect.
- There is a lock box with a key code, which the owners send you when you book and you get the apartment key from it.
- It was a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor we were staying at. Its perfect if you are coming here with a family.
- There was a nice welcome tray in the kitchen for us with tea/coffee and shortbread, which we thought was very thoughtful
- Well equipped kitchen. It even had a George foreman grill and all utensils needed if one wanted to cook. However we did not use it apart from making cups of tea.
- Everything is very clean.
- There are mirrors at different levels and different locations in the well-lit bathroom. So this should definitely satisfy the female guests.
- Its a warm, cosy apartment, which was perfect when one is coming from outside, where its quite cold and windy.
- There is an information package/file (with information about sightseeing, history, etc), books, dvds in the living room, which we thought was great.
- The living room had a fireplace too, which was great.
- The centre is maybe 1 minute walk. All the main centre restaurants and co-op are 1-2 mins walk away, which was perfect.
- Communication with the owners could be better.
- Its an electric shower and so it isn't the most powerful but it is fine.
