The house is old and beautiful. Our room was big and had a small kitchen and a fabulous view.
The room was very cold, 14 degrees, when we arrived. The heat wasn’t turned on until we arrived. At 12pm when we went to bed the temperature was 17,3 and the bed was horribly cold. We asked for an electrical blanket but didn’t not get any.
For breakfast we got yesterday’s cornetti.

Friendly hosts. Good location in a beautiful town. Simple facilities but clean and functional
Checking in was a bit haphazard and without a phone would have been problematic. Wifi wasn't functioning and basic information about the room and facilities was scant.

Ancient yet recently renovated building on a street of historic buildings just outside the city walls. Both atmospheric and comfortable, it is a small B&B in a neighborhood nicely off the beaten tourist track. The room had a sweeping view of the Spoleto Valley, lots of space, and a wonderful terrace. The couple that own it are kind and welcoming.
The fact that my lack of Italian make conversation difficult with the owners; luckily, gestures and Google Translate helped us out

Excellent continental breakfast with fresh pastries.
The bathroom and the shower were quite small and in need of upgrading.

Huge room with an unexpected view across the countryside. Very clean, quiet and cool, in a tranquil street. Montefalco is really lovely, with beautiful buildings, lanes to explore and some superb restaurants - well worth a visit. Nice breakfast with fresh pastries from the local bakery.
Difficult to know how to enter the B&B, as no communication beforehand and nothing on the door. We did get in though!

The owner was very accommodating. I travel with my elderly mother and when I mentioned she could not do the stairs for breakfast, he organised for a table with breakfast selection to be outside our room. The room was a good size and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The location was excellent, in a quiet location. It is a good budget option.
