Location superb, overlooking the bay; lovely sea-facing balcony; freshly prepared breakfasts and a great bar to take a late evening glass of wine. All run by a lovely family.

The location of the rooms and the view of Agio Nikita beach were excellent. It was a pleasure waking up to that view and sitting on the balcony.
The balcony screens between rooms could be better. The front 1/3 of the screen slope down and it is easy to see next door/ each other with little privacy when standing near the balustrading. The bathroom is quite small with a very small shower base but it is functional.

Amazing view to the sea this is the best point, room very clean, very close to the beach :)

They gave us a parasol for free which was quite nice.
They have good breakfast and tasty cofee and very good pain au chocolat and mushroom pies :)

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind all the time, any time. The view from the room was breathtaking. We wanted to have dinner to our balkony every night with such a wonderful view to the see and nature! Great value for money. Strongly recommended.

The top floor rooms had the most beautiful view in the whole village! We had two rooms next to each other and could open up the balcony wall to make a common balcony for the two rooms. With shadow and a nice sea breeze most of the day, the balcony is was a nice place to sit despite 37 degrees heat. Simple rooms, but delicate, clean and nice. Didn’t try the breakfast. would definitely recommend this place and come back!

Location, Location: Ostria Pension is located slightly up the hill from the beach village of Agios Nikitas. It's a short walk down a garden path to several good restaurants, a few bars, markets, shops, etc. Our room on the third floor overlooks the beach and coastline. Beautiful views. The room size is modest, but the balcony is large with table and chairs. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable. You can listen to the waves at night. The staff is outstanding, kind, and efficient. The breakfast is a delecious offering with many choices. The beach is family-friendly and in June, not overcrowded. There is a great hike out of the village to Mylos Beach, truly stunning. Ostria Pension is the kind of place you dream about.

we loved staying here in this unspoilt traditional style accommodation. Our room had a lovely sea view and balcony. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We were early in the season so bar etc not set up yet but Rosa was a lovely host.

Great view from the balcony with the gentle sound of waves. very comfortable mattress and nice bedlinen. only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
The bathroom was a bit outdated, but the shower was working well with good water pressure . We did not really meet the host, but had everything we needed.

The location and view was absolutely perfect for us - the property was simplistic but simplicity was what we wanted . The location is perfect everything is close by and the staff are very relaxed and friendly x

The view from the very large balcony was
wonderful. Its a short 2 min stroll to the bars,
restaurants and beach.
The coffee shop area is a great place to sit with a
drink and a book. There are chess boards
available too which my sons enjoyed using.

about the bathroom. Its small and basic but
absolutely clean and fine.

Great view, very easy to access the beach and shopping area. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very good and rich.
The hotel doesn't have it's own parking area and we had to park on the sides of a very busy double lane road.
The bathroom looked old and lacking in upkeeping.

Room could have been cleaned better. Didnt sweep the floors, didnt change towels or sheets everyday. Bathroom and shower is teeny tiny, also very low ceiling.

Wi-Fi only available in the cafe bar and bizarrely in the corridor outside, but not inside the room or on the balcony.
