Host is amazing, we were late with arrival, so he extended the check-in time and came to welcome us!
The property is next to railway, but during the night seems there are no trains, so we slept very well.
There are both shower and bath in the bathroom.
The property has an own yard with table and chairs. Parking is inside of the yard.
Balaton lake is very close.

The location close to the highway and to the lake. Good value for the money, the apartment had all the facilities needed for a couple of days stay. Nice owner.

Close to the lake, Interspar nearby, owner of the object speaks English and he is very helpful. Parking space inside the yard, terrace, kitchen space, refrigerator.
Bed is not comfortable, wall between bedroom and other apartment is very thin so the noise from neigbour apartment woke us up.

We were very satisfied, very nice and helpful owner, nice and clean accommodation. We really liked the surroundings and the town too.
I would just mention that there are train tracks a short walk away, which can be a problem for someone with very sensitive sleeping patterns. But for us it was not a problem at all. :-)

Nice apartment comfortable apart heating and well renewed. Good approach from the owner: I suggest him to provide more covers in winter.
In the middle of the night was cold: only heating pump in the lounge, not in the rooms. When temperature is near zero the pump doesn’t work properly.

the apartment is quite large, two bedrooms, outside terrace, free parking behind the gate (we had two cars)
bedrooms are oriented to the train tracks, you can hear the trains inside with closed windows also during the night, bed sheets smell bad

Great host, no problem with the keys, fantastic location - 10 minute walk to the quiet beaches and marvelous restaurants just a stroll away. A supermarket nearby, basic facilities to cook at the ready. The inside is refurbished and clean, there is a patio for you to enjoy. Recommended, I'd come back there.
A few basic amenities missing - no corkscrew and lighter for the gas stove. Easy to fix. :)
Be aware that the apartment is really close to train tracks.

Spacious, very clean and modern apartment. Welcoming and friendly host.
The creaking beds and the railway line that is right next to the house and sometimes can be heard.

The apartment is very clean and spacious it was only 10 minutes walk from the lake. The host is very nice and helpful ant the check in is smooth and easy. All in one I recommend it.
The bed was very creaky and I wasn' t able to rest at all.

Very nice area, you can walk to the lake, spar and a couple restaurants. Great host. Park in the front yard.
The railroad is close by and trains pass by a few times per hour but they are really silent.

Very nice and clean, the owner was friendly and informative, he even let us in before the check-in time. About 3-4 minutes walk from the lake. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
Just a little warning - it is right next to a train track, which we did not mind at all, and it aslo is a great way to get to the town centre or the neighboring towns, but it certainly is not suitable for light sleepers.

We had such a great time here. The place was very comfortable, and near the beach. We went to the free beach nearby (5 to 10 minute walk depending on how fit you are, haha). We had a really great time, not so crowded beach.
We really appreciate that the host let us check in early since we arrived a little earlier than we had expected. She was very flexible, thank you :-) (Sorry I didn't catch her name.)
If there was another bathroom available in this three-bedroom apartment, it would be even more wonderful, but we 6 of us managed :-)
