The staff are very kind and helpful with arranging onward travel. The pool area and kitchen are much appreciated. The room is clean and big
The best beach is further down the road, but easy to access with Grab .

Amazing place, very friendly staff, everything is clean and nice. Cozy pool area for work or just chill. Wifi was fast and works everywhere.

Nice pool and big room with a kitchen. Great bikes which were free to use.
We had a bed, which felt like sleeping on a wooden board.

The staff are superfriendly, helpful and provide exceptional services. They also give recommendation on where to go and what to eat if you ask.
The rooms are clean and equipped with all essentials. They have separate wet and dry bathroom.
The location has a lot of restaurants, mostly seafood at night.
The hotel has bike, kitchen and swimming pool you can use free of charge and access to the beach across the street.
The rooms are not next to each others. Only one of the building has evelvator so it will not be good for elders to walk up/down the stairs.

Hotel was Fantastic, it had everything we needed and more, very friendly and plenty of amenities and very clean and modern, would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon

I'm a person using wheelchair, I didn't expecting much that the hotel is accessible and it was when I saw there was only a small ramp there. But surprisingly, after went out and back from dinner, they changed the ramp to bigger one...WOW!!! The security man was always there to support too.
So everything was really great! Staffs were friendly, supportive and caring, rooms were clean too ;).
The bathroom is a bit small for wheelchair user :).

The staff are all nice and friendly! They gave us full access in their kitchen so we enjoyed our home-made food with friends. Been to different resorts/hotels in Mui Ne but this hotel is the best. We will definitely come back again.

The staff was helpful and friendly all the time. The place is comfortable, quiet and clean. They did the cleaning service daily base, so we always had clean towels and bed linen. We had a delightful time, definitely I will come back :)
