Poor response on broken TV. Loud aircon, 6bht for 1 KW was ridiculous. S$300 deposit was too much. NO security on the premises as we had off the power supply and somehow when we came back it was turn on. we suspect that they had other houses that bypass our electricity since it cost so much for 3 nights. Very dishonest. 1800Bht for 3 nights of electricity, despite we try and conserve electricity by switching off the master power supply Everday when we were out in the morning, but it was switch on by someone else when we got back in the evening. to me that was dangerous. How could they enter the house with the master key? Fortunately, nothing was stolen. The gate was also faulty on one of the nights when we drove back and was stuck for half an hour before someone came back to assist.

not allowed to smoke inside, not every day housekeeping, charging us the electrical bill

The house is huge and staff services was great. Just nice enough for my big family. Value for money.
