The location is perfect, one minute from the main street where all the happenings, cafes, restaurants are. The view from the common terrace is beautiful, overlooking the sea. We booked a room for 3 people, because of a king-size bed and a terrace with a sea view (pictures were shown in the reservation). However, the same room was reserved for someone else, so after 2 days we had to change room to a smaller room with 2 beds, which is extremely unnice and irresponsible. Our room overlooked the trees, and the reservation clearly stated sea view. Hygiene is at a very poor level. The bathroom is very bad. The owner did not want to lower the price regardless of the fact that he gave a smaller room compared to what was reserved. The town is nice, but I would not choose this accommodation again.

Filip the owner is not collaborative. Just take the money and who cares about the guests...Literally...He took my passport and returned after 2 days upon my call like hey can you return my passport??? Rusty fridge, kitchen very poorly equipped. Parking difficult to access. I have no words for the bath room. Disgusting...No soap, nothing.. And by the way he still owe me 1€.

the owner switched my booking. other thing I paid other thing was given to me. I paid for a room with sea view and he gave me a room all hidden after a big orange tree

The location is perfect, in the center of Vasiliki. Lovely apartment with a gorgeous balcony and the host was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed. The owners father who helped us throughout the stay was soo welcoming and really made us feel like at home. Big thanks to both 🥰

The beds could be more comfortable and the sound isolation is not very good (you can hear sounds from the other rooms).

Air-conditioning was excellent

Had to make us move rooms mid stay because he didn’t have space despite us having a booking. The 4 person room was in fact a 3 person room with a camp bed When it came time to pay he tried to over charge and after some serious haggling I finally managed to get him back down to the original price which had been confirmed before arrival in Greece. There was no effort to compensate us for having to move and framed it as him doing us a favour because we got one night in smaller rooms. All in all I would not return. It was supposed to be cheap and creaful but it was a complete nightmare. One of the beds didn’t even have a sheet on it when we arrived. Thankfully our holiday wasn’t completely ruined because we were busy enough that we did t spend any time in the room appart from sleeping

The host was very nice and helpful.I was with my son and partner.The beds where comfy and clean.Very good location.I would highly recommend and hope to be back again

The lady who was cleaning the studiowasn’t very good at it so I preferred to clean the studio on my own.The studios looks very good and everything was brand new

The place is located quite close to the centre of Vasilliki but in quite a peaceful environment. The owner is quite a good guy, but...

That was the last time when I selected some place to stay without cheching carefully the comment section. As many mentioned previously we expect to have room with sea view, but instead the owner gave us on from those which were behind the building. Of course we had access to the balcony which was in the opposite side, but does not mean that the room has sea view. Since the room was on a ground level some small insect can occur. The room did not look clean.
