Great location

Location is great. Very spacious.

It would be nice to have cook ware other than Teflon coated.

If staying in Albury, dont go past this amazing apartment. We have stayed here before and loved it.

Location is excellent handy to shops, cafes and restaurants. The host was wonderful to deal with.

Was quite minimalistic, some wall art and coloured rugs would create a more homely feel. More items in kitchen, e.g. salad bowls, champagne glasses, tumblers, coffee plunger would be ideal. Lastly, a tv in the second bedroom would have been handy.

Could not of picked a more perfect apartment for our 5 day getaway... One of the hosts, Row, was nothing short of amazing. She truly went above & beyond to help me with a lot of things. Apartment had everything 1 could need, even down to the little extras in the Bathroom and Kitchen were fantastic! Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The quality of the bed linen & towels were incredible. The location to everything was perfect. I think the apartment block itself was relatively quiet. I could keep on raving about how good this apartment is but I am running out of room :) This is def the only place I will stay at now when I go back to Albury...

I have NO criticism what so ever but I do have 2 suggestions... An extra TV, maybe in one of the bedrooms would be good. Unfortunately, I couldn't go out that often as I was with my terminally ill father so having to share a TV was a bit of a nightmare at times but luckily it was only 5 days... Mayby a small BBQ & Outdoor Table would be great. It would be amazing to sit out on either of the 2 Balconies in the sun while cooking & eating dinner. But like I said, they are purely suggestions :)

The Botanical 201 is wonderful. It is in an amazing location. The apartment is super clean. Beds are very comfortable. I will definitely re book in the future.

Only one mirror in two bedroom apartment. Access to apartment is via lift only. At times lift can be very slow as sharing with professional rooms.

The host Row got in touch both by email and a quick phone call on the day to check our arrival time. She was lovely and explained everything in regards to the check-in procedure and finding the lock box. The lock boxes are all in a secure place and easy to find with the instructions provided. On entering the apartment my mum and I just said WOW and her next comment was "I could live in something like this!" The apartment is gorgeous and full of natural light. The bedrooms are very generous in size with the main having a king bed and sliding door opening to the second balcony and the other room having a queen bed with sliding door opening to the same balcony. There is a shared main bathroom with fantastic shower and a second toilet across the hall with a full laundry. Ample storage everywhere if staying for a little longer. The sitting/lounge/dining area was beautiful. Fully carpeted with ceiling to floor windows and views taking in the War Memorial standing on Monument Hill and the end of Dean Street. As no-one looks in we left the blinds up all the time which was lovely at night. Off this area is the main balcony with two chairs and a table for enjoying the view. The kitchen was ample with everything you need to self-cater. Full sized fridge, oven, microwave and single drawer dishwasher. My mum and I often travel to Albury to see family and friends and we have decided this is our new place to stay! Excellent value for money. Thank you Row!
