Such a relaxing stay in this family run hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Laundry facilities. I counted 8 birds nests under the eaves of the balcony. A really good place to stay while exploring charming Valladolid.

Na hotelu byla skvělá především restaurace a milý personál. Restaurace byla cenově přijatelná, s dobrou nabídkou, moc nám chutnalo, snídaně byly na Mexiko také celkem dobré./The restaurant and the nice staff were great at the hotel. The restaurant was reasonably priced, with a good offer, we liked it very much, the breakfasts were also quite good for Mexico.

Dostali jsme pokoj dál od toho pěkného hotelu, kdesi na rohu nad schody, byl hodně tmavý, malý, starý - zkrátka úplně jiný pokoj, než jsme si podle fotek zamluvili. Možnost výměny nám nabízeli až na následující den, toho jsme nevyužili./We got a room away from the nice hotel, somewhere on the corner above the stairs, it was very dark, small, old - in short, a completely different room than the one we booked according to the photos. They offered us the option of exchange until the next day, but we didn't use it.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel un peu à l'écart du centre de Valladolid ( 15' de marche ) ce qui permettait d'éviter les bouchons pour partir visiter Chitchen Itza. Le petit déjeuner est correct et le restaurant est pratique lorsqu'on voyage seule. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant.

Il y avait des travaux d'extension de l'hôtel... donc beaucoup de bruit (c'est un problème passager). et le restaurant est vaste et connu à priori des mexicains.. il y a eu du bruit, de la musique jusque tard le soir.

Die Rezeptionistin hat beim Check in versucht, die Kartengebühr auf mich abzuwälzen. Der angegebene Preis bei Booking.com gelte bei Cash-Zahlung. Als ich mich geweigert habe, lenkte sie aber schließlich ein. Der Wasserdruck am Waschbecken war unterirdisch, nur ein Rinnsal. Starker Putzmittelgeruch im Zimmer. Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Kein Mückennetz im Fenster, nur im Bad, dessen Tür aber wegen der nächtlichen Geräusche besser geschlossen bleibt. Somit bestand keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Mir war mein Bett zu hart, die Kopfkissen sind ebenfalls bretthart. Vielleicht haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen, weil wir nicht Cash zahlen wollten?

Das Hotel an sich ist völlig ok und hat ein super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Das Frühstück ist echt üppig. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend sauber.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist schrecklich. Wirklich, der schlechteste Kaffee von unserer Reise und wahrscheinlich auch von unserem Leben, pfui. Die Pools sind ein Witz, sehr klein, dreckig und völlig zerstörte Fliesen. Als Pool nicht wirklich brauchbar. Sehr hellhörig. Ein süßer Hund lag vor unserem Zimmer mit eindeutiger Anzeichen von Schmerzen. Er sah wirklich nicht gut aus, er konnte sich nicht bewegen, wahrscheinlich würde er umgehend sterben. Dies haben wir der Putzfrauen und der Rezeptionistin gesagt, aber das war ihnen egal und sie haben nicht reagiert, obwohl der Hund offensichtlich am Leiden war. Wir mussten selber das Tierheim anrufen.

El papel higiénico muy pequeño para 4 personas en un rato se acabó y ya no tuvimos hasta el día siguiente hasta que miramos a alguien en recepción, recomendaría dejar más rollos sí siguen usando ese tipo de papel tan pequeño.

Breakfast was great - buffet style. Good food in the restaurant - also had supper there. Had two small pools.

WIFI didn't work most of the day.

The shower wasn't the best but I still managed to get clean 😉

Dat we tijdens bezichtiging kamer na mopperen direct een andere kamer kregen aangeboden. De grote van de kamers is prima en bedden zijn goed. Gezien de negatieve punten viel ontbijt weer alles mee.

Verder alles eigenlijk. Zwembad is geen sprake van. Ze hebben een "voetenbad" en een "zwembad" bij aanliggend restaurant. Beide zonder lig mogelijkheid. Alle kamers zaten vol schimmel en WiFi is zeer beperkt. Schoonmaak van de kamers was zeer slecht. Bedlinnen was grijs ipv wit en vol vlekken. Lokatie is in een achterstandswijk op loopafstand van centrum en dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de hanen gehad die de gehele nacht kraaien.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Hat eigene Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Man konnte im Zimmer nicht richtig duschen und Hände waschen, weil der Wasserdruck sehr schwach war. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt, außer frische Papaya.

It was clean, the staff was helpful and nice, overall a great experience.

The roasters started to sing from 4AM until 12PM non-stop, which made sleeping impossible.

La gentillesse du personnel et l’établissement était très calme mis à part les coqs qui chantent entre eux presque toute la nuit mais c’était drôle. Établissement familial très sympa

Le restaurant n’était pas top et le personnel un peut mou mais gentil, comme tous les mexicains d’ailleurs

Estacionamiento insuficiente y entrada muy angosta al mismo. No hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación y cambio de sábana y toallas Algo caro para el servicio y ubicación

El ambiente de madera parece lindo pero está contagiado con gusanos.

El hotel se está haciendo más grande. Todo el día había el ruido de cortar piedras y otras máquinas de construcción. Para completar el ruido hay un gallinero al lado del hotel que grita desde las 3 y media de la noche. No había como descansar. Cambié del hotel. No había reducción en el precio aún que reclamé.

Die Lage

Nos fuimos un fin de semana de paseo a Valladolid y nos hospedamos en éste pequeño pero acogedor Hotel. La habitación está sencilla pero limpia y comoda (se encuentra una sencilla caja de seguridad para guardar los objetivos de valor) . La reservación incluye el desayuno buffet y el restaurante tiene un menú a la carta. Tiene dos albercas, estacionamiento y la ubicación es a unas cuadras del centro.

El estacionamiento no esta vigilado.

Easy to find. Service from the restaurant was very good. Great prices too!

My sheets had stains on them. Towells were discolored. I woke up and found a roach on the wall. I am not scared of bugs. I am scared of bringing roaches back and into my home.
