The breakfast was great. There was so much food. The food was so tasty and good. I did like the location as there was a Mini Mart supermarket at the end of the drive way. Also if you turn right out of the driveway and walk about 50 metres you will come across the best salon called Think Pink. This is a great place to have your nails, hair, facials and massage done. Also close to some restaurants and bars.

Everything was great

We stayed in studio apartment. Bed and all other necessary amenities (A/C, hot water, kitchen, bath tub, toiletries, etc.) were found in it. Hotel staff was courteous and made our stay comfortable especially Novita, Naomi, Rita, Adi and Christian.

Appearance. Although it is understood that property is 6 years old but it looks like 10 year old property. More vegetarian breakfast options are preferred.

The pool is simply breathtaking, I constantly looked forward to jumping in for a swim. The villa itself is very specious with loads of room both upstairs and downstairs. Bed is very comfy and the bedroom as a whole is a very relaxing place to be with fantastic styling. The Villa dogs are extremely cute and friendly. Was very clean and truly felt like a luxurious place to stay.

Shower needs either a new head or a good clean, many jets don't work and water is going in all directions aswell as just leaking out of the side.

Andy and the team at the Wina villas were great. They were very friendly and the service was fantastic. What I would consider as above and beyond, they considered as the usual standard. No request was difficult. The entire staff were very willing to help make my stay as comfortable as possible. I loved the private pool too.

Not much to say here. I like a specific type of pillow but the options provided were close enough to what I wanted.

There was no hot water.

I had pleasant stay in here for 4 days 3 night with my family and my son. The facilities was complete.The staff very helpfull, the check in and check out situation also smoothly. The villa was clean and they always cleaning our room everyday. This villa located in seminyak near from e v e r y t h i n g. You can walk to Bebek tepi sawah only for 3 minutes. Near from monsieur spoon and livingstone cafe. The batu belig beach you can reach only 5-10 minutus by car (in the morning). In front of the villa there's "toko biru" its like ministore to buy what you need. The view from this villa was breathtaking, especially when sunset time i can enjoy sunset while swimming. There's parking space for up to 5 cars maybe. This villa also providing spa and breakfast tray services. I booked balinese massage for my parents and they said it was good. Definitely will come back again in the future.

Located in seminyak you'll be friends with crowded and traffic jam. Its your choice so be patient. Especially from 9am until 9pm the traffic around seminyak was insane because this villa near to club such as mari beach club and etc. There's some dogs around this villa but watch your step because they poop anywhere. Please management concern with this things. In the bathroom 2nd floor I found worm but nevermind for me. Dont forget to provide slippers in the villa. Breakfast starting from 8am, I suggest if breakfast is more early because we're a tourist and we want to explore Bali so early. Despite all those things, the wina villa seminyak was perfect.

The pictures on the site and the actual pictures are very different, the villa we were given is old and needs some attention. After we raised this with the hosts and asked for a refund they refused.

👍🏽Breakfast was included and pretty much served on time. But there was one time we had asked for breakfast to be served at 9am. When I went down at 8.30am, the breakfast was already on the table, cold. This meant that the staff had entered without us knowing with their own master key. This is NOT RIGHT! 👍🏽Andy and his team, as usual, are always smiling and asking how we are everyday. Congrats to Andy, being promoted to Head Butler and on his newborn healthy baby girl. 👍🏽Thanks, Gusti for dropping by to visit us twice, even though you are at Wina Villa Canggu. Thanks for helping to collect the advance cash payment for my fourth stay too. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Worth mentioning would be Christian, a bright young man who had the initiativeto go the nearest mart buy the water dispenser tank refill (in the evening). We had run out of water and informed Christian who was on duty that evening. As Wina Seminyak's store had run out, he immediately called Wina Villa Canggu to deliver some over. However, after an hour of waiting, Christian used his initiative to go to the mart to buy a refill for us first as he did not want to keep us waiting for the replacement to be delivered from Wina Villa Canggu. This is indeed going the extra mile service. Well done, Christian! Gusti, Andy and his team are great, warm and friendly. However, the management should not take that for granted and that guests because of the great team. We did for four times when we could have stayed elsewhere (likewise for other returning guest to Wina Villa Seminyak). Returning guests will one day, run out of patience with inefficient processes especially after feedback have been given.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼This is related to my third review about Wina Villa Seminyak's being blocked by MasterCard and the Bank for security reason and an additional admin fee of ADDITIONAL RP278,163 on top of the property charges, the payment for this fourth stay was made in CASH at the property before I checked out from my third stay. No one likes carrying a big stack of cash around even though it may only be by 10-20 million Rupiah. That's why we have card payments. Please, Management, sort out your credibility issue with the Bank or MasterCard. Also, teach your reservation team never to blame the Guest that "the credit card is invalid" especially when the Guest (me) is the one reminding the Reservations Team to collect payment; and the fault actually lies with Wina Villa. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼There were a couple of rainy days and massive downpair on 13 April. Andy and team had to do was to walk four to five rounds using umbrella, carrying luggages in the heavy rain just to do a check-out. Then they had to return and shelter us with the umbrellas. Management should provide a buggy car for staff. It will help the poor team to serve breakfast, transport luggages and guests to the reception area for check-in/check-out. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Request for late-check out at 3 pm to the Reservations Team was another issue. Our flight was at 8pm. We were asked to pay another 700,000 Rupiah just for another two hours only as complimentary was till 1pm. Even with the 1pm complimentary late check-out, Reservations did not communicate to the Front Desk staff. Front Desk has whatsapped us to check-out at 12pm (in the heavy downpour). It was only when we mentioned that Andy had given us till 1pm that Front Desk said it is okay to check-out at 1pm.

Both Andi and Gusti are always ready with a smile whole day and every day. They are also ready to receive feedback willingly and always have the guests' interests at heart. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my stays ever so more memorable. It was sad that Gusti was assigned to Wina Canggu on the second day I was there. Good thing it's close by to Wina Canggu and so we went to visit him as we miss him already. 😊 Housekeeping is always done promptly and the place is always ready by the time we return from surf. There's always new bath and pool towels; as well as, other amenities replenished. Thank you, Andi, Gusti & the team of new staff, for the quality service and hospitality. I am already looking forward to my next stay (akan datang).

Please do have a fan at the reception area so that when guests arrive, the area is cool and comfortable given the hot weather in Bali. Staff can also have a cool place to cool down or take a break upon completing their work duties.

The room is comfortable in the heart of Seminyak. The staff are super friendly.

The quality of the building isn't great , it rained heavy and there were many leakes but none over the bed. There is no pool on the property.

Location near mall and theres plenty of cafes nearby. Staffs allowed the grab/gojek riders to sent our foods to our villa. Villa has microwave, water dispenser, AC and fan. Water pressure for both showers were good.

There was a smell coming from the room below. Had to get a room freshener to spray at the curtains.

Perfect location as it is really close to the seminyak center. And loved the apartment-like facilities like the big refrigerator, water dispenser etc

The bathub size is awesome but it is really unfortunate the hot water capacity is far from enough for that size

Breakfast was amazing! We were given the option of what we wanted each night and a time for delivery. Breakfast was delivered each morning on time and very well presented. Food was delicious. Can not fault the service at all. Honestly I can not fault The Wina Villa. Everything met expectations and I will absolutely stay here again. The staff were absolutely beautiful people and delivered incredible service. The location was perfect, Just a little out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to get to where you need. We had a scooter driver who took us everywhere we needed and more. If you stay here ask for Made, he will go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Also the pool views were fabulous!! I cant wait to go back!

Unblocked view of the paddy field. Hosts are really helpful and friendly - Thank you Gusti and Andi, excellent service. 10 mins ride radius going to Double Six or Canggu.

Swimming pool wall is rough - scratches my skin. A/C not strong enough to cool the bedroom when the day is really hot - maybe the roof is not well insulated.

Location and staff were excellent and always ready to help and advise.

Missed balcony. Some evenings very noisy because of nearby restaurant had very loud music till midnight. Accommodation is in need of some repair (water taps and rain shower were in poor condition).

The individual rooms/villas are very cleverly designed with the private pool on the first floor level . The bedrooms are clean and spacious and have all modern amenities. The well equipped kitchen enables guests to cater for themselves if needed. At the end of the driveway leading to the main Batu Belig road there is a small supermarket which stocks all of the essential items you might need for self catering. Just a short walk away there are restaurants of all types . Even though the Wina Villas are just a few hundred yards from the main road there is very little traffic noise to be heard. We would like to thank Andy and Gusti and the rest of the Wina staff for their very polite and friendly assistance during our stay.

Quite noisy restaurant a few hundred metres away . However I understand that several local business managers have complained to the owner and the noise level of music seemed to have gone down by the time we left.
