Hotel agradable con buena ubicación cercano a centros comerciales. Está a una cuadra de la zona rosa Pasaje del Sol. Maneja buenos precios.

Its location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
I would prefer soap bars instead liquid soap. Just a personal taste.

Cuando llegue al hotel no había nadie en la recepción y tuve que esperar bastante tiempo en una calle oscura, a que el recepcionista me abriera para registrarme.

Great location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. Staff helpful with taxis, laundry etc. It looked like they were adding an extra floor so work ongoing (didn't cause me any issues). They'd added room numbers and more WiFi between my first acd second stay
I was in the current top floor rooms which looked very new and spacious but lacking a chair for the desk (staff got me one) and a fridge would be good. There isn't really a terrace and many of the rooms have internal windows. There's limited snacks in reception which are handy but no breakfast offer

¡DESCARADOS!
Al salir del hotel nos querían cobrar 10mil pesos porque la toalla estaba sucia.
Decidimos NO pagarlos y delante del empleado que estaba cobrando lavamos la toalla con jabón y salió inmediatamente.
El mugre era sudor del día. INCREÍBLE que quieran que una toalla quede completamente blanca.
Respeten al huésped.

Monteria is a spectacular city, small and has it all, and that hotel is located in one of the best areas of the city very safe and modern, near the Zona Rosa where all the bars and nightclubs of the city's most renowned additional to this is Super close to several shopping centers and chain stores, the value per night is very economical compared to other hotels in the area.

Good price, great location, comfortable beds.
They did not have enough towels, we were 3 and there was only 1 towel in the room, people were complaining in the lobby about not having enough towels. They never brought the extra towels.

It is a calm hotel, very close to the airport, room very clean and the staff attentive.
I appreciated the information that the staff brought me about the city and the fastest service to get a taxi.

location was good for restaurants and seemed a safe area. The room was clean.
This is a very noisy hotel….the doors and windows do not seal. I complained every night about excessive noise of conversations that resonate from bedrooms, the reception and outside area. The staff are useless and do not make any real effort to control other customers or to control the noise they make with unnecessary conversations at all hours. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The first room offered to me had no windows. There is no soundproofing and it is impossible to get a good nights sleep. Do not book a room in this hotel.
