Good location and parking solution.
The house is not lovingly decorated, but has everything you need for your stay.

Excellent location for attending an Exeter Graduation. With parking is a rare find!
Bins were locked so we couldn't empty our rubbish out of the house. Lots of students back and forth with their celebrations late at night or early morning and to keep bedroom cool the window had to be wide open. However this was our choice as we like to sleep with the window open.

Property was clean and tidy with all we needed.
Location was good for accessing city centre (30min) and Quay area (20 min) on foot.

We liked the location and having a parking space. The patio was a bonus in the hot weather.
It would have been more convenient to have a separate, (or second) toilet.
The steps to and from the patio didn’t feel very safe.

They have taken good care of the property and it’s nicely decorated
They asked me for an additional deposit of £200 outside booking which is quite unusual.
Also, I received messages and there were signs in the house about having to leave on time or we will get charged and about all the extra costs you could incur for example if you were to leave the property in a “state”. All these made the whole experience stressful.

Liked the location for what we needed. Property was very clean and well set up.
The bed in the main bedroom for some reason had 2 mattresses and it was very high and hard. Had trouble getting to sleep because of it. I’m not a short person.
Disappointed that we lost Netflix.

Well equipped property. Very big tv. Great shower. Free parking. This place was just perfect for us.

Magdalen provided a great and affordable option for 3 friends who didn't want to share beds. It has a small lounge with TV and a kitchen equipped with tea, coffee and sachet milk. This was very convenient for our visit to see a band in town. It has a nice outdoor space. The house was very clean and tidy.
It was a little difficult to access the key - code was apparently emailed in advance but not received even in spam/junk folder. However, the phone number given was promptly and cheerfully answered and help provided.

Great location, nice walk in to the city. Very clean with everything that we needed.
It was quite cold when we first got in. But it soon warmed up nicely after we turned the heating on.

The owner was lovely and let me check in early just to drop bags off which saved us carrying them round all day. Comfy and cosy accomodation and spotlessly clean. Great location and everyone had a lovely time for my friends birthday. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
Garden is super cute but the bins are out there which you can't really see in the photo.
