Nice view, fairly quiet, comfortable location and convenient to airport.

This apartment could be a 10 with a little work, needs updated carpets, they are extremely worn, new seals on all water faucets, everything leaked, need a decent cleaning services that knows how to change light bulbs, many were burned out. Thermostat in living room was barely attached to the wall, there were loose wire under desk in bedroom, tv in bedroom doesn't work with remote and was not connected when turned on manually. Showerhead in bedroom needs calcium and lime scale removed, seriously this takes 15 minutes a plastic bag and some white vinegar if you're cheap, shower stream goes everywhere. With a little work this is a diamond in the rough. Could be a 10 all day with a good maintenance company to keep it fresh and in working order.

Loved the suite! Beautiful, spacious and amazing views! Also, loved the front desk staff; they were warm, friendly, and helpful. And the location was wonderful! We were so thankful to be able to use the walkway to get to the MGM Grand and it was a quick walk to get to the Monorail. Would absolutely stay here again!

central location reception and hotel staff were good

this was privately owned. suite badly kept / hadto call for towels toiliteries and even toilet paper. no tissues and paper towels. toilet and wah basin had problems. not all lights worked. seems no regular checks r being done. bed skirt was torn.

I liked how close it was to the strip without actually being on the strip. We loved the strip view from the balcony and also the jetted tub!

You could tell the places were a little dated, but not in such a way that it was distasteful.

It's not a hotel, there was absolutley nobody to talk with when I couldn't find bedding. The receptionist told me to call booking! Absolutley nightmare. After threting with claim, somebody finally called me. No information in the room or in the booking whom to call and who is the owner. Be aware.

The location, the strip view, the staff

As a family of 4, we stayed for 6 nights there was barely enough toilet paper and towels, not enough kleenex, not enough blankets, not enough body wash and shampoo. There was no soap for the dishwasher, no dish towels or drying rack for the dishes we washed by hand. The pullout bed was not very comfortable and there was only one small blanket for it.

Parking is terrible. You have to valet or you are walking a mile to get back onto property from self park garage

Owned vs hotel was not made clear during the booking, so when I needed a garbage pick-up it was too late to get housekeeping in.

The hotel is on the monorail stops which was convenient. Water stayed hot and lasted forever!Starbucks in tower 1 closes at noon and next one in a LONG walk to and through the Casino, very inconvenient.

Door handle to get out of the bathroom fell off into my hand first thing, so we couldnt shut the door without fear of getting stuck. Limited towels and apon request for new towels and a seperate blanket we were scoffed at and told maybe, we received a bag with a dirty blanket and 2 towels for our 5 night stay. Such a dirty room, we moved the couch to be closer to the TV and it was disgusting underneath, old socks, food, sticky old candy. Half of the outlets didn't work, same with the lamps, maybe a bunch of burnt out bulbs. Called MGM for room service and was told the signature had its own kitchen and was transferred, I inquired about food and the young lady rudly said we dont do room service and hung up.

The room and The view were amazing! Large jacuzzi tub. Glass shower, 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen. 2 nice tvs. Tiny tv in the master bath. Phone in the private toilet room. Incredible room for the price.

Be prepared for the price to double from the list price. Our room listed for $200 for 3 nights, after taxes, resort fees, cleaning fee, etc ended up at $500. That being said, it was still a deal!

Loved the rooms, balcony, amenities, valet parking, luggage service.

I know it's a sofa bed, but a pad, extra pillows and blankets would enhance the sleeping on it. Bring your own snacks. $23 for two sodas, a water and a bag of Cheezits at the stand downstairs is ridiculous.
